Well - no surprise - my tray wasn't delivered! No response to follow up emails either. I am going to look in Fair Trading - there are good guidelines on there on how to go about it.

I'm still waiting for my tray. I ordered and paid for crate and tray October 2013. The secura crate is good quality but inside useless without tray. Each week I get promises. Today I got another one - leaving by courier today. We will see. I will report to Fair Trading and Consumers Affairs as we did the right thing and paid up front. It's been an unpleasant and frustrating experience dealing with C-Crates!

I'm experiencing the same bad service and so are the breeders I got my puppy from. Delivered my crate without a tray - every week it's a different excuse why it's not delivered even though she says it has been sent but somehow can't provide a tracking number. I am getting ready to report her to Consumer Affairs.

I bought one last year - delivered without the tray which I'm still waiting on. Every week she promises but doesn't deliver. I'm not the only one waiting. Doesn't mind making you pay up front though.
