I know but it's a lot easier using Tapatalk when you have taken the photo with your phone. For. Some reason Tapatalk will not open this post even though I created it in Tapatalk.

Accommodation for Trip across Nullabor
Canisbellum replied to gamefish's topic in General Dog Discussion
Wiki camps app is your best bet. Plenty aces to stay with dogs but not in rooms for most of them. September in the Nullarbor is barely getting into the mid 30's so nothing to be scared of. I did in November in mid 40"s and survived. Sent from my SM-G950F using Tapatalk -

Thanks, it's not too bad on the hard pack. But the tyres on that are about twice the width of a normal mtb bike. 4.5 inch vs 2inch. Sent from my SM-G950F using Tapatalk

That spot is a 10 minute drive from my house and there is a sand bank that's exposed at low tide so you can walk to the island. Only used my Galaxy S8 because my camera batteries were flat. Sent from my SM-G950F using Tapatalk

Good for her :) A decision to use an e-collar .
Canisbellum replied to persephone's topic in General Dog Discussion
I have no issue with E collars used correctly and have good success with them. I have used and still use E collars on Jonah and Jesse with a program from Steve Courtney, as for the subject of pain, the level that works on them is barely perceptible to me on my neck I also tested a few on myself before I settled on the model I bought which feels like a Tens machine. They used to chase them in WA and will try again but I can call Jesse off and Jonah will follow her unless he has a good view of them.

It's Brooklyn 4wd park near Urbenville NSW and the public are welcome with a booking. It has basic amenities and no powered sites AFAIK. Lots of 4wd tracks and place to walk. The owner is a good bloke. Sent from my SM-T810 using Tapatalk

We went camping in the Clarence River High country while I did a 4wd driving thing with a club I have joined, it was wet and miserable all weekend. Its a cattle station so dogs had to be on leash all weekend there is also a pack of feral dogs running around so there wasn't much in the way of long walks. The farmer kindly put the lawn mowers in for us so there was a bit of cow pat shoveling while setting up. I parked in the far corner so I didn't have Jonah protecting me from passerby's. He did scare the bejesus out of one person who should have known better when she she strode right into our annex without any warning. The resident roo's caused some excitement Jonah got sick on Sunday and commandeered a chair

Just need a wide lens, fast is better. That was taken during the workshop There were people there with 750D Canons and the kit 18 to 55 lens. I used my 12-24 F4 Sigma on my 5Dmk4 and in hindsight I should have used about 17mm as I couldn't use more than 15second shutter speed due to star trails forming in the corners. It also forced me to bump up the ISO's.That pic was at F4 15S and ISO 3500 or so. I will be trying again zooming in until I can use a 30 second shutter and lower the ISO also want to give my F2.8 24 to 70 a go and see what the field of view looks like. The guy running the workshop uses a Tokina or Samyang 14mm on a Nikon D750 and takes stunning pics

What Silly Things Does Your Dog Do?

Jonahs and Headbutts the glass sliding door as soon as I open the screen door. In fairness it's not always closed but he does it regularly. Sent from my SM-G950F using Tapatalk
