    Hi, Yes, unfortunately they can still get KC as there are a whole heap of strains out there (kind of like the human flu) and the vaccine only guards against 1 or 2? of the worst strains. In case it is KC, make sure you do full barrier treatments and no sociallising them for several weeks. The cough syrup should help. The conjuctivitus would be a result of his immune system being run down. Wash eyes with salty water or tea also helps. At least 4 x daily. Also a good idea to give him vit C to help him out.     Thanks for that. I had Dorothea Hoffman high on the list already, so will probably use her. I like the fact that is a more "natural" vet and as I already feed and believe in BARF at least I know there is no battles on that front. Thank you also for the other vet suggestion at Redbank Plains, but probably a little too far to travel. Sally

    Definetely make sure you phone them if you haven't had reply. We have delt with Chris for a couple of years now geting the BARF patties and he can be a little slack with the email but the product is worth it and the girls LOVE it. A little secret, he does a drop of at Greenbank I think of a Tues afternoon, find out about it, can save the drive. Belnel

    malaseb is a dog wash for itchy coats and helps with yeasty problems. You can get it at the vets and most pet stores. Belnel

    Have had both my girls done with the shot. Had heard of problems but when I asked the vet these related to the American injection NOT the Australian one- two completely different products and yes there were probs with it. That being said, problems can arise with any product depending on the dog. I know of a poodle who had bad bleeding after the tabs!! Belnel

    Was just told by my breeder who got this from her vet 1 part malaseb to 7 water. Better than any of the cleaners that you can buy. Belnel
