What is the problem, they are not a difficult breed to groom (although i have seen one groomer website that left a flatcoat with long spaniel type ears )
-
I wouldn't worry about the puppy, except for you bitch maybe getting grumpy with her at some point. Get the neighbours to fix the fence and keep their dog on their property
-
I get them by the box load (about 40 or so) for £5 from a chicken processing factory.

With some breeds eg in the uk gundogs and border collies, they must pass a working test to qualify as full champions. Under FCI rules, many other breeds have a working test too. Of course some breeds can't be tested against what they were originally bred to do.

I don't think the OP meant to say it was a DNA test, more a chemical analysis of the hair. This can be done for people too, one of my grooming clients once got me to cut some samples of hair from her, so she could send it off to be looked at to see what diet changes could be made for better health. I've just done a quick google to find a link to explain it but all i can see are links saying it is a scam

a grooming client had it done on both knees at different times and a couple of years later had athritis in the knees, so that is a possible

They come in a few different colours - see them a lot at the shows here

Swayd has a couple of Affens and used to have a Cairn, so it can be done with care. I have giant and mini schnauzers - not such a big difference in size and weight BUT they are both active breeds and i am aware that a bounce from my giant pup at the wrong time can do serious damage to a mini, especially one of the pups. But as with lots of things, you have to calculate the risks knowing your own dogs and be prepared to perhaps have them live separate

In the UK today Mars/Pedigree have closed their 3 large petshops which also did grooming, hydrotherapy and kennels (3rd one has been bought by management) Today I also see my neighbours pet shop is having a 50% off closing down sale.
