high 3k for a hydrobath Im sure I paid quite a bit less than 2k for my conmurra a few years back.

I don't use filters on any of my len's. Im very careful with my len's and don't think I need any more protection for them .

I agree with that. I've got a twin tank autofill.

Just had a look they are 75 for canon and 42 for a non canon, its at the bottom of this page. I ended up buying a battery from that place Chloes Dad. They were really good and expressed posted it out to me as I was in a hurry so I got it the next day. I'd definately buy from them again. I went into Harvey Norman and they wanted $99 for a generic brand. I think I ended up paying $42 or something!

When I went to Melbourne Zoo in Febuarary last year the Tiger cubs were there and there was two people there then with massive len's. My OH couldn't get over the size of the things.

Yikes. I guess Im very lucky he's been fine so far! He's been eating them for about a year! No more now though

I just read in the Womans Day magazine that grapes can be harmful to dogs and they aren't sure why. Apparantly giving just 7 grapes can cause problems. We feed Riley grapes quite often. Our parrot eats them, so when the parrot gets one, Riley normally gets one. Im a bit worried now!

Ok I just had a bit of a fiddle. I took some photo's in our study with the light dimmed down. I put the camera on Av mode. ISO 800 and Aperture 4.0 and I got this - Im happy its clear, especially as I was mucking around and doing one handed shots Do I need to change white balance at all

Im going to a wedding on the weekend and want to take some photo's. Now, I don't think the priest likes flashes going off during the ceremony, so is anyone able to tell me how I can get decent shots without using the flash?

Can blue bottles on the beach do any harm to dogs?? I know there has been a thread in the past but I can't find it. Blue and Bottle is a common word on this forum! We took RIley to the beach today and there was a few blue bottles on the beach. We kept our eye on him the best we could but at one stage we caught him pushing one round with his nose. We quickly called him away and I put water over his face and he was fine. That was 4 hours ago and now at home he keeps doing this weird breathing thing. He'll be lying down, will get up and then he breaths funny. Its not happening all the time and he's still running round, drinking, eating etc. Sometimes his anxiety makes him do this and the heat also, but the blue bottle is stuck in the back of my head. I've looked in his mouth and nothing looks swollen that I can tell. He holds his tounge up which doesn't help, but nose, lips etc aren't swollen, red or anything like that. Im keeping a close eye on him and just making him lie down incase he is just hot, and I'll see how he goes

I just found some on ebay that are pretty cheap, might give that a shot.

Im pretty sure the 350D only comes with a 1 year warrantly, and mines over a year old. I might look into that though.

Would they sell this seperately? I need one but can't afford a new one, and Im not too keen on the ebay ones from Hong Kong!

Ah OK. I've got some shots Id put up for purchase. Is it expensive to purchase things from there?? Eg if my relo's in england bought something and got it delivered straight to them, I wonder if it would be cheaper for me to get it done here, then post it over. I couldn't find the cost of things anywhere. It said theres a standard fee, then you can mark it up, but i couldn't see the standard fee.

Anyone bought a extra battery for the Canon 350D? I want to get one and just wondering if anyone can recommend where I can get one from.

Riley gets this too. He's feet got bad about a week ok. I've got some cream that I use, it starts with P. The vet gave it to me but I can't think of the name. I'll have a look when I get home. I find it works really well on Riley's paws.

Ive got a hydrobath now, but before I had that I washed Riley in the backyard. I had one of those kids clam shell pools. I filled up both sides with warm water. Riley stood in one side and got rinsed with that water , then shampooed. Then Id scoop out the water in the other side of the shell pool with a jub and rinse the shampoo out. Worked quite well.

I have this lens too. I use it quite a bit. Good value for money!!

I've had my bath for a few years but have never had any problems with any elements. But, saying that , if its only a extra $100, id do it just in case
