I never hear about any of these events until its too late and I have other stuff planned. I'll have to follow your posts soon as Im considering doing some stalls again.

I actually quite like it - its looks really quirky with its big head
-
Another boring one for me - Everyone elses are so interesting, but mine are always the same deal. I need to ditch uni and get a life and get out more Although, there was a purpose to this weeks photo - I was back to manual settings after stuffing up a whole heap of portrait shots of Riley last week after I was using auto and it didn't focus his nose. Love that one of Lottie

When I saw it on the news, there were people combing the park looking for anything else that could of been dropped.
-
I haven't heard on any news reports what they think it is, only that the bread looked blue. Horrible that you're walking your dog one minute, then 15 minutes later its dead Not only a warning for dog owners, but people with little kids too.

Oh I just love the photo of Texas with the flower. He's such a nice looking dog
-
I found the fleecy clean range pretty good, but the home made ones work just as well (I think I bought mine from a dol'er that was making them at one stage)
-
They are pretty cool. I've never seen mini ones. I don't know how they sell them for that price, let alone free postage overseas!
-
I don't mind just using a bag to pick up the poo, but it would be nice to have something to then put it in so I don't have to walk for ages swinging along a bag of poo.

Not great for a big chewer, but the squeaker mats certainly squeak. (guranteed to drive any human nuts ;) ) The other thing I can highly recommend is a Kyjen Bottle Buddy - you put a empty water bottle inside. Riley just absolutely loves his. It doesn't squeak, but makes a crinkle kind of noise.
-
I agree. Its lovely when people say things about your photos. I feel slack as I rarely get round to doing it. I've tried a few times but I always end up loosing everything I've typed, then when that happens I give up Stupid laptop keyboard does weird things. Drives us all nuts.

For the last few months I've been shooting mostly manual, but today I just couldn't be bothered  So serves me right for having a out of focus nose. I shall go back to manual
-
So I should stop being lazy and go back to manual  I didn't see the other thread, but will check it out.

I took a few shots of Riley today and in every portrait type one his nose is out of focus  I used auto settings for all these (portrait setting) and switched between 2 lenses, and got the same problem with both. Any ideas what I did wrong? nose by shellandriley, on Flickr nose2 by shellandriley, on Flickr nose3 by shellandriley, on Flickr nose4 by shellandriley, on Flickr

Riley has a heap of soft toys - some that look like animals. We have a cat, and we've also had a rabbit and duck as well and Riley was always really good with them running around him, but thats the type of dog he is. The cat, rabbit, bird etc never bother him. The bird will fly on his head and he just stands there. He knows the difference between his soft toys and the real animals. BUT, I know Riley is really good with all the other animals, however if he wasn't I wouldn't tempt him with any animal like soft toys just in case. Not when theres a million toys to choose from these days.

I just paid $140 for the dog and cat. I think they are the same price each.
-
Julie I paid for my tickets about 1-2 weeks ago, do we get confirmation? I presume it all went through as nothing bounced back.
-
Can it be changed to Wagsalot Pet Supplies please
-
Riley will do it too. Even Charlie our cat does it. Its 39 degrees out there now, and she's in the shed part of her cat run, in the cat scratch pole box thingo. She could lie on the pavers which are really cool, or come outside in the breeze, or go under the deck on the pebbles, but nope, in the hottest spot every time!
-
Yeah he got it for Christmas and just loves it. He's had different types of that toy before, but never a reindeer, and as much as he loved all of the previous ones, the reindeer one he just seems smitten with. He's even been taking it to bed.

Makes me feel better about using it on the deck
