Ptolomy geez thanks your soooo nice for reminding me - I thought i had voted to have them removed at the next rule change ;). Thanks for the congrats guys very proud of my little baby. Its been a trying week and I very nearly considered scratching her so glad I went.

Wahoo just back from the obedience trial this morning and Kenz managed to polish off the remaining pass towards her novice obedience title with an absolutely stunning 196 and first place. Way to go Kenz - always knew you had it in you . My special little WA bred pocket rocket.

Kenz came at 8 weeks and has been left free with Ness who was nearly 8 at the time. Having said that they weren't left while I went off to work though - I spent a lot of time working from home and my mum was around the place so they weren't really left that unsupervised. Ness isn't really a "dog" dog either so Kenz bonded much stronger to me then to Ness and would rather be training then playing. I did make the effort to take Ness out without Kenz to give her some puppy free time but I have seldom taken either of my two out alone but that is more because of the older one and her propensity to want to jump fences if she is missing out. Kenz seems to have no issues going out without Ness but I only attempt that when Ness can be babysat. When I am at home my two are often in separate rooms by choice - Kenz is either downstairs or outside amusing herself, or curled on a dog bed next to my computer, Ness is often on the couch in the other room.

Interesting I have had CR make errors a couple of times but they have never had any issues with acknowledging the problem and/or resolving the issue. Its certainly never end up in a sh*t fight krustie22. Seems a little strange they gave you the run around. I know friends who have had problems with orders who have similarly found CR no issue to deal with.

Maybe I better send the midget up she will get you into gear before the Mallie arrives and then you can quadruple the energy and destruction level . So is the answer YES yet .

I had three new sets by the time Kenz was only a few months old . I am itching to trial Kenz in UD she is going to be so much fun but alas the world has other plans for her I am afraid.

Nice routine CleoJ - well done. We are working at our barking issue - now we we play games at the park and I sent her around the tree and she barks she gets a NRM and I don't reward and we try again. We actually got some nice sends around the trees but without the barking so maybe there is hope for us yet.

I always find this funny - Kenz has been trained primarily using a tug toy - for the last 10 months she has been on heavily limited tugging before of her shoulder injury so I went through a stage of just using food at home with her just to train anything. Well that was all well and good for about 6-12 treats - she would then disappear on me and find a "toy" - since she has no toys out it normally ended up being the nearest twig or anything - although she did uncover a collection of random toys I never knew were even present in the garden.
