but surely there comes a point when it all sicks together just like the other classes. Besides my crystal ball says so.

Way to go Moo - sounds like he was on fire last night and I predict lots of UDX passes are on the cards for the coming year .

Kallistar I think they would only take offense if you used a prop which was a gun. I am just hoping I have a dog that I can trial come the first comp of the year . Now on top of the shoulder issue Kenz is facing possible surgery for a grade 2 medial luxating patella (well when I can afford it). Somebody doesn't really want to be doing anything other than rehab for the rest of her life.

Not sure I have a mac  hopefully somebody else can help.

Ah fair enough RS :).

Audacity is a DWD competitors dream tool for bastardizing original tracks into whatever cleverly constructed form they might otherwise require .

Glad to hear that you have her home again RS and that she was happy to have her tea. Hopefully she settles and your able to get a decent night sleep. Can imagine if your anything like me you might not have had much last night.

Good luck vibes being sent over RS - hopefully it all goes without any drama - best of luck to Millie.

Make sure the dog understands how to find heel position regardless i.e. to line up with your leg. So will the dog find position with your front leg forward/leg back. Thats about all I did and my youngster has no issues heeling backwards regardless of how many paces I want.

not sure about that - really I am not RS.

RS - if my parents didn't have a brown snake in residence in their courtyard at the moment I would have packed both dogs up for them to look after for a while. I could use a break I am over it .

Thanks RS - I love my little girl to bits its just so hard to know there is really no light at the end of the rehab tunnel. At least the specialist is happy enough to leave status quo as what it is currently and we will just continue monitor the other. Time to give her a life for a little while before taking it away again sometime in the near future .

Thanks guys its just a mega frustrating spot to find myself in and the wrong time to find myself in the predicament .

Just lame dog issues we seem to have gone from one lameness drama which I thought we were getting to the head of and only to have something else crop up and now I have to potentially find lots of $$$ for surgery and I still can't get anybody to give me a job .

Thanks looks like my zillion and one questions email to the specialist will be going after all. Kenz is not to bothered by it and is currently on rehab for a shoulder injury anyway. I should say the specialist was happy enough for continue as we are with regard to her shoulder. She is on progressively increasing leash walks and confinement anyway with some swimming to vary things so I guess we aren't subjecting the knee to anything that is going to cause any additional problems at present. I was wanting to give her some sort of normal life back after having been already confined for months on end and wasn't sure I could put her in a crate for 6-8 weeks right at this stage.

So as to not start another thread - my young BC has just been diagnosed by the specialist today as having a Grade 2 Medial Luxating Patella. He mentioned he didn't think her groove felt particularly shallow and that surgery is not urgent but it was strongly recommended. There seems to be conflicting information around as to whether surgery is needed with a grade 2 luxation and while I trust him (and the chiro vet who initially picked up on the problem) any surgery is not something you go into without researching first. There seems to be some literature evidence (and from speaking with a vet friend) that surgery is not something you would consider for anything other than a grade 3 or 4 luxation. I guess I was a little in denial at the appointment and realize I can email him directly and ask anything I like but thought I might ask on here as well.

Susan also wrote a series of blog posts about socialising her singleton and had some interesting video footage.

I have a Mac and run firefox as my browser if it makes any difference. But I downloaded the file to the computer and opened it up in the program I would otherwise use to view PDF documents.

Mine didn't even come up with question marks it came up with a pdf document which obviously contained text but the text wasn't visible on the screen. It just appeared like a blank table.
