Ah sorry Ptolomy - my misunderstanding - they were talk was about furnishing stand in for non-qualifying stays. Well not sure if its usual or not but I when I was over there I was talked into doing a non-qualifying stay because somebody wished to do stays - that was at an open level. So maybe they still require 3 in order to run them.

I thought there was a requirement of 3 dogs for days and I know that is written in the little blue book .

Question - are the clubs still required to pay the DogsWest canine levy on the NFC entries.

LOL think WA are just ahead in all respects Ptolomy - watch out for a mad influx of triallers - erm ok just look out for me . Maybe I know I'll plan a trialling holiday that isn't the states or the nationals and come and do NFC with Kenzie over there :p .

They don't here and its one of the reasons I am considering skipping CCD. Hmm wonder if its poor form to enter a trial and do the ring work and be sitting on a pass and still withdraw from stays .

Hey Piper - any idea on numbers - considering coming out to watch for a bit but not sure which day and what time.

Yep I know the October one has been cancelled due to the new heat policy. I did want to enter this one as there is a WA judge but never mind not going to happen until next year now ;) . Still trying to find time for a lesson.

Trying to decide if I come out and watch or not - didn't enter the midget this time she needs lessons before we can progress further ;) .

Ness managed a pass in Open obedience on Saturday.

Hmmm for me it depends on the achievement. The whole world is going to know when we crack that first UD pass, if ever and I think there will be plenty of tears from me . Ness's last title was her ADM and that was more out of relief and not as much excitment as there probably should have been attached to it. Although I did remember to text a certain somebody so people knew before I arrived home again and I had emails waiting . Hmm a 190 in Open would be a biggy for me on my list and that might be a phone a friend moment ;) . Both kids did get a lamb tendon when Ness got her ADM but they had it the next day as we were obedience trialling the following day. We take cakes or chocolates out to club to help celebrate titles and I know with Ness's ADM she did manage to sneak a couple of startburst snakes .
