Ooooh lucky thing RubyStar . Kenz and I went herding and while she is no superstar she did improve over the course of the day and has a lot more potential when her confidence is built up. ETA. I was saying the same thing about Kenz and her batteries Ptolomy - full day out with sheep herding thrown in and the first thing she does upon getting home is promptly head off to find her squeakie ball for a fetch session. Think she got the message though when Ness grumped at her and I went off to have a shower that she wasn't going to get a game.

Ness says if anybody wants to take a partially trained (ok not badly UD trained) dog for a test run after lunch then she is happy to offer her bestest heelwork to anybody in exchange for leftover excess BBQ chicken :D .

Kenz just needs time and exposure to develop confidence . ETA. Piper sent me through some photos she took and funny Kenz actually does look to be focused on herding - it so doesn't feel like it sometimes .

Xena98 would be use to having to walk up a million times at presentation think she is very experienced at it .

Congratulations on your started pass JulesP . Kenz and I are home from the herding clinic and we both had a really good time. Ness was annoyed cos she wasn't allowed to go and chase the sheep. Kenz started off a little hesitant but did improve over the course of the day. Just wish we had more regular access to stock as I think she quite enjoys it and it certainly helps with her confidence issues.

Bully I know - do you want to take the flying pocket rocket and you can run her around at the mock trial .

:D amypie - yep think she has Mia and her fluffy entered in novice. Apparently she didn't think she could train any of her BCs . Hmmm think thats why she sends the flying feral midgets off to agility and obedience homes .

Think Winpara has a few novice dogs entered at the Nationals - at least that was the original plan .

Poor Beans Ptolomy - thats not very nice least she has her titles unlike Ness who insists on prolonging the experience as long as possible .
