Another thumbs up up for Colonel Light Vet Clinic, have been going there for years and LOVE them I was also impressed with the Southern Animal Hospital for the several emergencies we have had, won't use them as a regular vet though!! I Have head good things about the Marion Animal Hospital too although haven't used them

I have been feeding Bailey the chicken and rice formula for about a month now and have been surprisingly happy with it He has pancreatitis and is very sensitive to foods, he is actually doing better on it then the Eagle Pack It is so nice to find something made in AUS that works for him!!

Chester The Sa Podle Has Left Us To Go Over The Rainbow Bridge
Weimlover replied to Vixn00's topic in Rainbow Bridge
I am so sorry YG RIP Chester -
I bought some Coprice Family Chicken and Rice for Bailey yesterday. I am going to give that a try and see how he handles it. He seemed to love the taste of it and picked it out of his bowl before the rest of his kibble, at least it must taste good!!

Bailey gets his Eagle Pack, Natures Gift semi soft chicken treats, or natural treats from the dog bakery which all seem to agree with him. The other two get the Natures Gift treats, natural dog bakery treats or occasionally liver treats if I am unorganized and forget them when I get to training

Yet another Great Barko fan here, the added bonus is that it is cheap Both Rossi and Keesha are doing really well on it, their coats are shiny, skin clear, ears clear and they are good weight. I have noticed that their inputs have increased slightly but not by much. Bailey is on half Great Barko and half Eagle Pack and he is doing better with the added GB now than just EP, although he has Pancreatitis and has very sensitive stomach so I have kept him at half half.

I have been feeding Keesha and Rossi the Great Barko for about 1.5 months now and I am really happy with it. Their coats are shiny and they love it, the poo has increased though. I have transfered Bailey onto half Eagle Pack and Half Great Barko and it is agreeing with him as well so far.

Oh I am so sorry LLD, poor Hazel I have a dog here, Bailey who has had seizures but only partial seizures, they are scary enough to watch, I can't even imagine a grand mal I haven't really go any advice unfortunately, we use to just have to let Bailey ride though his. Hang in there, I am thinking of you and lots of healing vibes heading Hazels way

Another Question... Best Cooling Mat?
Weimlover replied to Kelly_Louise's topic in Health / Nutrition / Grooming
I have the Cool Champions coat's and mat and love them!! It took the dogs a little while to realize that it cooled them down, but once they worked it out they love it -
My family have been using Colonel Light Vet clinic as well for over 20 years and still love them, they are fantastic My Fav vet there is defiantly Dr Cole (Only vet Bailey loves), but all of the others are great as well I was also really happy with how they treated Bailey at the Southern Animal Hospital in the couple of emergencies I have had with Bailey, they were really friendly and lovely to Bailey. I wouldn't use them for a regular vet though as they are a bit to exy IMO

Pet Insurance Australia - Anyone Have It?
Weimlover replied to chichihuahua's topic in Health / Nutrition / Grooming
OUCH poor Ruger I have Rossi covered with PetPlan and am happy with it, I wish I had it with Bailey too. -
I had Rossi and Keesha on it for a little while and while their coats were really shiny and Keesha lost a little bit of weight (which she did need) I was feeding Rossi 7+ cups a day and he still wasn't gaining weight and also their farts would clear a room I have put them back on to Eagle Pack (the adult formula ATM), Rossi has steadily been putting on weight since switching (on 5 cups not 7+) and there are no more farts from either of them yayy
