I have never used a crate ...... I can see how handy they are at shows etc but for home use I wouldn't use one.

They look a bit like a Puli! They are stunning dogs :)

Kelpies seem to get a bad rap ... Sasha my Kelpie is friendly to people and dogs and yet I see people's reactions when we are walking etc.. I haven't had a bad reaction but I see the look on people's faces..it's sad really because she has the most amazing temperament.

Very cute! But how on earth do you get things done with a cutie like Neko around I would just want to cuddle her all the time :D

That sounds so wrong to me who is the victim in all of this? It's BS that people take no responsibility for their animals I hope Stan and Maddie are feeling ok today ...give them an ear scratch and cuddle from me :)

I would say it's your fault because the other owner was sitting with their dog and your dog got in their space... Whether or not your dog was friendly the other dog doesn't know what your dogs intentions were. Sorry I have been in a situation where the other dog owner was too busy chatting to her friends to realise or care that her dog was being DA to other dogs and people walking past.... We all make mistakes, I know I have and I have learnt a lot from Dol and at least now you know it won't happen again :)
