I like two dogs. I hate only having one. I feel so guilty all the time now about Kaos, i work long hours and while she is very happy, i worry she isnt getting enough attention. At least when Atlas was here she had a friend. I have been offered 2 puppies... and honestly think i will be saying no, right now with a baby on the way i think it will be too much work, and ive only got till Jan, if not earlier, then i will be home all the time anyways. Maybe end of next year i will get a second again

i thought there was two when i was there, but it was 5 years ago so could have changed

i have never seen bags supplied anywhere. I do a lot of walking around town and we get nothing for dogs

Yuck. I would have said something and honestly would never go to that place again. If you want to feed your dog do it, but use their own bowls. I have stopped eating at peoples places because they share their plates and forks with the dog, I walked out on my grandfather once because he was sharing an ice cream with his cat. Makes me sick

i used Nutro for years, one of the best foods for Atlas, his fur was never as nice as when he is on there. Now its only Kaos i will stick with the royal canin. She does well on it and i can buy the smaller bags now

Happy birthday Atlas. Would have been 9 today. It's also my brothers birthday, 35 today. I'm sure atlas and my brother are having a huge party in heaven together

why the hell did he take her up there in the first place? I get if something happens you may have to leave her (and go back... lets not go there on this one) but it sounds like she was pretty damaged just from the trip up there horrible

Ive learnt the hard way that age means nothing. Whats to say your (general 'your') 4 year old dog isnt going to get sick and die tomorrow? I still dont see the issue, i see dogs in at work all the time and have never had anyone offended because we talk about how old the dog is.

but how is "your dog is old" Offensive? If they came up and said "omg, cant believe you still have your dog, look how old it is, time for a bullet" than yes, get mad about it... (and it wouldnt be the age thing that would piss me off!) but saying "your dog is old" is not offensive...

10 for a lot of peoples dogs is old. Understand there are some that live a lot longer but from 10 onwards they are usually classed as old

I wish i was able to get those comments. I lost my dog at the age of 8. I also think you are taking too much out of the comments. I work in a pet supply shop and when people ask me about my 11 year old cat on my tag they often make comments the fact is our oldies ARE old. Why get so upset over something that is true?

We have no "emergency" vets here two of our vets have a contact number for after hours, you do pay more if you need them, but at least your pet is with their normal vet :) My vet also works 7 days a week and does not charge extra for weekend visits

The cats have an outside run so they can see each other, her and Bella also have cuddles every night and her and zero will wrestle until she gets too rough and he won't play, do she still gets attention She plays with the cats more than she ever played with Atlas!
