Hi all, are all the problems that come with cavaliers genetic? So, can the parents have tests (e.g. MRI scan etc. ...) and then be sure my puppy doesn't have any diseases if both parents don't? Thanks, puppylover123. :-) Also, should I let the owner be a 13yo girl?
