Cat attacks hurt. I have a scar on my arm from when I got bitten in America. Just grateful it was a vaccinated pet, I don't much feel like rabies. If this was America they would have shot it because of the risk of rabies. Poor cat was terrified. Good cops for persevering.

This means if a pitbull looking dog comes into the pound they have the right to classify it as a restricted breed
