Saabi on Manson is another one at Hendra that allows dogs in their outside area. If you Google there is quite a few. I think the law only changed around Sept last year. Its outside only and at the discretion of the owners/management. I think its great. Great for socialising as there are so many places you cant anymore even a lot of markets wont allow dogs (sigh).

One very behaved GSD at Our Haus Café at Hawthorne (Brisbane). We have also visited White Jam I think its called near Hendra. She loves lots of pats especially as she could con anybody walking past the footpath at Our Haus. We will be trying some more at some stage when she has finished dropping coat cause I don't think they would appreciate that (GSD owners will know how bad they are when they lose it its endless). There is quite a few that accept dogs around Brisbane now unfortunately none close to me and one out Bay way cant remember if its Wynnum or not no longer take pets even though it says so on the net so check first.

10 Month Old Gsd With Severe Hip Dysplasia
Tash replied to bianca.a's topic in Health / Nutrition / Grooming
Like a physio. There would be German Shepherd people who would know of a good one near you. We have a guy up here he is like a god!! He does alot of top show dogs and he also looked after my boy. My boy got on just fine with trips to the god and Ester C, there is also other great joint items for later in life. I think my boys x-rays were worse than your boys from memory although it was a long time ago like 18 years ago. -
10 Month Old Gsd With Severe Hip Dysplasia
Tash replied to bianca.a's topic in Health / Nutrition / Grooming
I had a male who had pretty bad hips (he had virtually no sockets) he lived to the ripe old age of 11½. I would find for your boy a good doggy muscle man though! -
Reminds me of an article about educated opinions!! Lou Donald has a very good article on the GSDCA website. Remo looks stunning! I have watched my girl on last years national dvd of her slow gait in slow motion. If anything shows up faults its slow motion. She looked stunning and I dont use that word very often, very sound and balanced on the move. She could gait all day!

I did it twice with the same answers with the exception of the yearly heartworm injection and apparently if I change to yearly injection over daily heartworm I score 80% instead of 75%. :D Seriously I will be sticking to daily heartworm!!!

Me OH&S Youngest Female GSD would be a Private Investigator (a bit like Monk in the Tv show cant remember what it was called) or trampolinist 9 year old Female GSD Racing Car Driver 4 year old Female (mother of 18mth old) would be a clown or trampolinist 11 year old (mother of 4 year old) She would be in the Federal police department doing cross examinations etc and sussing out bad guys and getting them to confess whilst also comforting victims. She is also responsible for her daughter and grand daughters jumping genes) Either that or a thief she knows how to unlock and open doors and has also passed this on.

I think they can I have a dog that really doesnt get along with other dogs outside of the family. However she grew up with a friends blue roan cocker spaniel so she thought all party coloured Cockers were great even orange roans but she didnt like the solids. She also for some reason (not sure why) particularly didnt like Labradors and it didnt matter what colour they were.

I totally agree with what Wylie is saying. I have had panno and I took the dog off the high protein food infact I used just Adult Bonni and the dog stopped limping within 24hours. I also agree with the Vit C (I use Ester C).

HI, I was referring to the ones Tracey had posted I have not seen positioning like that before. Sorry I should have been more specific.

Thanks for that info Tracey I guess I just presumed it stopped for the summer. I will do that for sure (start training now that is) also I will have more time in the off show season and what you say makes sense. Yes I had heard there is a demo I think somebody is emailing me more details I will find out. My dog just loved it she was very enthusiastic the kind of GSD that would be wasted if I did not do more with her. Thanks Again

I think you might get a few more GSD's there seems to be a bit of interest from my fellow enthusiasts.

Hi I agree the Herding Sub Committee did do an excellent job and it was a huge day a very long one but it was worth it and I most certainly was not going home and missing the opportunity. I dont think anybody could have guessed they would get that many dogs wanting to go through. The only thing I am dissappointed in is that I have left it so late and the season is nearly over so will have to start training for HT next year now I guess.
