The puppies were apparently free and the fee was for transport. Transport costs using an international pet carrier can be explained by saying the parent company is located overseas. Sorry...that is what I meant by "Getting a puppy...." and "Paying money to....." Still I don't think a lot of people think through a deal, just focus on what they are getting.

It is a sad thing to play with peoples' emotions when it comes to buying a puppy. But wouldn't the alarm bells be ringing if you were getting a puppy from an Australian breeder but paying money to a West African company. My heart goes out to those who have been scamed yet I also believe they should have been more cautious and done a thorough check on the bogus company.

Mitzi will never be forgotten in our minds & hearts. She rests under a tree her favourite spot in our yard. I am also thankful to find a forum that understands our four legged best friends are more than just a pet, as many who don't have them cannot understand. Thankyou for your kind words.

We say farewell to our little Mitzi (bubby girl) a tragic accident took her precious life and companionship from us. She was the most loved and amazing Shih Tzu, so much so, we recived over 80 emails and a dozen cards from people who not only knew us but knew her very well. Mitzi travelled everywhere with us and now she will travell with us in our hearts. Words cannot describe our sense of loss. 28/12/2002 - 22/02/2012 - we will meet again some day and I know you will wait our precious little darling, as you always have.
