Is this puppy working as a baby delayer? Oh I didn't realise patched puppies were a disqualification. I thought as the spots are the same gene as the flecks on ACDs that patches on ears would be accepted the same because of deafness What colour are these pups?

CONGRATULATIONS! I'm so happy you finally have your puppy in your life! Glad that you are sorting out the issues with Kira too, good luck I hope it keeps getting better! -
Wellness is wheat free (but not grain). I had success with it with my last dog who had IBD and couldn't tolerate raw or much else at all really.

Lickety Stik: Reward With Lick Of Good Taste

The pet photographer used one during Novas photo shoot. He seems to like it. I think it would work really well for a quick reward. -
And I hope she learns to keep her mouth shut from now on - how rude. And congratulations to you for handling it the way you did. Thanks, seeing as I'm specifically trying to keep him lean while he grows I was a bit upset.

Interesting conversation this morning. I got out of my car with my pup at the river. Some lady (without a dog mind you) told me that he was too heavy . All I said was "Oh really, come over here a minute" Let Nova go jump in the river and comes back out looking like a skinny drowned rat. She apologised. It's pretty obvious to me that he is just a giant fluff ball

She is beautiful! You must be proud, is she from your first litter? Hankodie, how is the teething going? Nova finally lost his last remaining baby tooth yesterday, after almost a week of excessive drooling and stinky breath it's finally gone and all the other teeth have cracked through. Just waiting for them to come completely out now! -

5months old and Nova has only just done his first bad thing He pulled a sheet off the line, slobbered on it and rolled in the dirt with it. All while I was blissfully unaware in the bath. Clothes line must go higher now. -
They have amounts for dogs on the packets. I think it's 1-3 tablespoons from memory. I've been giving a heaped teaspoon to my pups food, moistened and mixed in with some yogurt or egg etc. I'm starting to really like the smell.

Yay go Yvonne and Banjo! How are everyones pups coping with the suddenly hot weather? Nova has done nothing all day. I just tried to get him to play fetch outside (it's cooled down a bit) and he just waited at the door until I opened it and nows he's asleep on the couch. Might try for a walk when it's dark. -

So glad Treble is better! No need to feel bad Lhok, you have every right to be worried. I start freaking out over the tiniest stomach issues too until I screw my head back in. I have to keep reminding myself that what was wrong with Sam was very rare. Naww Nixon is looking GREAT! Very fit looking lab -
Thanks Aliwake, I've noticed that too. I was telling him how handsome he was in the car yesterday I'm really loving watching him grow up, excited to see what he ends up like I took a photo yesterday just to get one of his new collar, and although it's really terrible photo I love the way his head is looking! And here he is all scrubbed up and ready for the show ring on Sunday

Nova had a really small one when I got him, It's gone now. The vet said most go by 6months. There are two types, the ones not to worry about, they don't have any intestine in them, and then ones that the intestines can drop down into. Your vet should be able to tell which one it is. You can always get it tucked in without a spay if it doesn't go away. -
Nova does that too! He jumps on the end of the couch, curls up at perfect angle to watch me in the mirror and just stares intently. Then refuses to move. "I don't wanna go outside or in the crate. Can't I come with you???" Nice meaty bone tends to sway him
