CrazyCresties this is amazing. Would make for a lovely print!

Chequeredblackdog they are some awesome photos! Good work! Another non-trial brag Nova has graduated up a class at obedience club and the instructor is now paying us more attention and wants to help us reach our goal of being ready to enter the club's trial around September! Is anyone going to the Agility Trial in Wagga this month? I'll be helping out at the club to get a feel of things.

Oh no!! I'll be thinking of you all tonight, especially Maddie.

Arguments For And Against Spaying And Neutering Dogs?
LisaCC replied to Safffy's topic in General Dog Discussion
There's a thread in the Health section at the moment discussing this if you want to have a read. It's under "Desexing male pet dogs", but people have discussed both sexes. I personally haven't made my mind up, the more I research the more I don't want to desex my boy. At very least I will be waiting until 18 months. -

I'm going to check out that facebook page now! The Tri colour popping up is cool! I know it's a fault, but I find colour genetics really interesting! -

Dogs I've heard being called a dally: Harlequin Dane, Cattledogs and their x's with heaps of white, my Aussie and bull Arabs! I think anything with dots or splodges get asked if they are one lol Why anyone thinks Nova is a Dalmatian I dunno lol. Although apparently you can get the odd long haired dally. They are funny looking lol. -

Thanks guys :D Oh no Aliwake! Nova eats clumps of his own hair after I brush him if he gets to them before I do. Little freak -

Has he learnt to swim yet? That tired out the fluff monster. -
I have a tiny little Kia Rio hatchback I will check out the trolleys, hopefully it will fit in the boot with the crate. Give me a few years and I'll buy a 4WD just for dog stuff
-
Thanks for the opinions. I have pretty shoddy shoulders that pop out when I lift things. I know the 42" wire crate will be a lot heavier which might be an issue if I need to set up well away from the car.
-
Petstock has some cheap Bean bag dog beds at the moment. Just the bag, you need to buy the beans. But with a blanket over the top it would be quite snuggly!!
-
So much for Adult Aussies will totally fit a 36" crate Our boys are going to be big when they are done! Goodluck!

I'm so sorry MonElite. She is absolutely stunning. Run free beautiful lady.

I posted this in the Aussie thread, but here is Nova with his best mate Brock the greyhound for comparison. Nova is 10 months :) Top view to see how wide his ribs and butt is compared to Brockie! -

God Nova is a little nugget then He's currently still feeling a little on the thin side, but Petstock scales weighed him in at 25.6 yesterday! Some male fully grown aussies only weigh 21kgs! But some weigh about 31kgs too. Shall be interesting when he's filled out completely. I need to bath him again to see exactly how thin he is, too fluffy! -
Ahh thank you! There are a few other listing for around the $40 mark on there. I got my wire crate from ebay too for cheap
-
Anything you notice from anti-seizure medication should be relayed to your vet. Different ones work in different ways so you can get some odd reactions but there are lots to try to find the right one
-
That's good about ventilation. This is our current set up, I put all the sides up over summer, but he prefers it dark and goes in on his own accord. Is fine at training with or without cover. So I'm hoping it will be an easy transition.
-
Nova has a crate cover on his wire crate, So I think he would be fine with a soft one, but good thinking Cali!
-
Not quite so flexible, but a big fan of the cockroach position
-
THIS ONE has a front flap, I'm guessing it's a new model?
-
Thanks guys. Do you use your soft crates all year round? They don't get too hot in warmer months?
