  6. So it is a leash free beach ? A no dog beach ? Dogs permitted on leads beach ?
  7. Non-sporting is an ANKC group name, it's sort of the mish-mash of breeds that don't fit into any of the other groups, such as working dogs, Terrier, Toys etc. It doesn't mean that the dogs are not active and do not require any exercise.
  8. visit the " dog breeds 101 " there's a topic on SBT's in there and there's also the " stafford fans " thread in the breed forum. There's lots of info and answers to your questions
  9. Your council is crap. Write a letter to the general manager and complain about the lack of action.
  10. Outisde with plenty of water and shade and they will be fine. natamalie teach your young one how to use a clam shell in order to cool off, encourage the pup in with a toy, treats or whatever it takes to get him excited about using the pool. They learn very quickly how to cool themselves.
  11. http://www.bayeranimal.com.au/default.aspx...0&ItemId=49 Sandy there's the link to the racumin. It says it's a paste but it's not actually a paste as such it's contained in little satchels.
  12. My vet explained that the rodent consumes the bait, it is digested and by the time the animal dies it has well and truly passed through it's system. They do not die from licking a poisoned rodent. To die from a bait that has no secondary kill, the dog would have to catch a rat or mouse that has just eaten the bait, not one that is already dead or dying.
  13. Taken with the sun on her face, so it lightened her eyes ( it's my pet hate ) and my model was being moody and wouldn't turn her head just a fraction... She's worse that my Kate Moss ( Sessy Whippet ) when it comes to pics
  14. It's a collar not the end of the world. Put his collar on and ignore him, with the exception of taking him out and popping him on the lawn for his toilet stops. He'll get over it
  15. I put my pups in the hydrobath for their first bath, which is usually around 8-10 weeks.
  16. Racumin is supposed to have no secondary kill. That's what we use in our ceiling
  17. http://whelpingsupplies.com.au/index.php?p...Cat&catId=9 Sway now stocks it through her whelping supplies. She is reliable.
  18. We had to get out glue from SA. With the tape you use an elastoplast or lucoplast tape , but you need to be shown how to crease the ear correctly and where to place the tape. If you don't fold properly the ears will look terrible.
  19. Glue first with tear mender, then as they get a bit older tape them. The Glue is good until you want to show them, then tape is easier to remove. If you haven't been shown how to glue I can send you a link
  20. Mozzies were biting me and it was hot. I've got something planned for tomorrow.
  21. Would have been easy fixed with a call to the ranger
