Depends on the amount of time but usually they say pay your money and they register the pups.

Ban the prong and there will still be problem dogs and one less tool available to trainers and owners, to help overcome them.
-
My prong hasn't seen the light of day for 5ish years, but I would appreciate the right to use it in the future, if need be.

I've flown close to 30 dogs/pups with them over the years and I've never had an issue with them or their service. I book through the Canberra office and they are always pleasant and know what they are doing. The only time I've had a problem, one was a dipshit courier service and the other was Qantas cancelled a flight.

Advice Needed? Purebred Male Not Microchipped
WreckitWhippet replied to jandk2468's topic in General Dog Discussion
I thought CCCQ breeders had 12 months to register their litters with Dogs QLD ? Under 12 months and the breeder is still abiding by the rules and regs. ETA: the sensible agreement would be if you want to desex, then the hips and elbows xrayed at the time of desexing. The dog only undergoes one GA and it's all done at the same time. Ask the breeder to pay for the xray and the scoring and you pick up the bill for the GA and the desexing. -

That's come around very quickly. -
She could seek professional help, but it's not going to solve the situation, just help to manage it. The bottom line is, unless they are prepared to seperate and supervise when together, then it's best to rehome one of them.

12 months plus and you should with any luck, just have to go through one season with her.
-
I'm sincerely hoping that we do not see you back here in 18 months of so time, with one of them having taken to the other. It's the biggest reason why you don't get same sex litter mates. Be prepared that there is every chance that you will have to seperate these two, when they mature.

Does Anyone Know Where This Lead Came From?
WreckitWhippet replied to SwaY's topic in General Dog Discussion
I reckon it looks like a lead that Kezz with the pointers had. They were made by someone on the mid north coast of NSW. Contact her through Pivotal Pointers -
The best advice would have been to take the dogs home and keep them there until 10 days after the last cough ( although some vets will say 2-3 weeks after ) The owner taking them to the vet, only serves to spread the KC around and unless they are unwell and distressed it's not necessary. ETA Manuka Honey 15+ and some cough medicine is all you need to treat KC.

I prepare my dogs food in the kitchen and wash their bowls in the sink. They are fed and their bowls are picked up immediately and washed up. I use the dishwasher when there's room in it, otherwise it's the sink. I've been doing this for nearly 20 years and I rarely have a stomach upset and can't remember the last time I vomited, the same with my child and OH. If it was going to kill me or make me sick, it would have happened long before this.
