I agree. I thought persephone's response was agreeing with and supporting you, J835. Could you please explain why you thought it was sarcastic? That would be of interest to me (and I'm sure to many others reading this thread.) Sorry, I think was a little upset about a sarcastic remark made in another thread. I think it had more to do with sensitivity at that moment than anything else. I hope I didn't offend Persephone - in her posts she comes across as a nice and very caring person. I guess that's part of the fun of talking to others over the internet - like if it had been a sarcastic comment it wouldn't have been written any differently and I just was in the wrong frame of mind. Life sucks a little bit right now. But all OT. $95 sounds like a good price for desexing for a kitten. Still, my vet is incredibly hot and a much welcomed distraction so maybe the extra $15 was worth it. Definately worth it if eye candy is involved :-)

This scares me, I have started walking the streets near me to see what they are like, so far I haven't come across any dogs although maybe once I start walking with one they will appear :-(

Great question I just had a lightbulb moment :-) I now know what I will do when I go back to work, just need to get a large baby play pen then my guy can be inside safe, much bigger area than what I was thinking I think..

Maybe I should stop thinking like I'm feeding a person lol although he will be a pup so I should be a little cautious :-)

Hi guys I just had thought .. I have been buying packs of turkey necks and chicken necks to stock up. I just realised that my intention for them will be to blend them up and put in kongs and freeze .My question is can I do this if they have been frozen already ?? Guess if they can't then I'll need to rethink this , I know I can chop them up and feed as is but I want my boy to work for it..

It's going to be hard keeping that secret!! :p LMAO I have got the bigger girls reading books about training etc, a friend of ours has a lab pup so i said its a good idea they know basic things :-) My youngest said mum why are you always looking at dog stuff lol lol .. We were going to show them the video on Christmas day but then having to waiting till 21st January would be a nightmare lol LOL definitely ... It'll be like a long car ride 'Mum are we there yet' .. 'How about now, are we there yet?' If you can keep a secret until January 21st I think the look on their faces when they see a brand new puppy will be unforgetable.. They'll be in shock and wont know what hit them haha! I know I can't wait to see their faces.... I am going to have them quietly come in the back yard and sit so the precious boy won't get inundated with love :-)

Wouldn't you think this vet would recommend another if it was out of his depth or even a specialist

Great, they just had a feed so were punch drunk lol but they pepped up and were playing with each so beautifully :-) Won't know which one is mine for a few more weeks... They all seem to have lovely natures, the breeder said she is watching them all closely to match each one as in temperament etc...

I would also love a training buddy once I get my boy in the New Year, what a fantastic idea.. I'm trying to gather as much info, DVD,s and of course puppy school but having a buddy to talk through concerns or get advice from would be amazing :-) ..

10am I get to see the pups so be prepared for pictures lol lol.. I have charged my video camera also :-) When are you able to decide with the breeder which one is yours, is it 5wks? These guys are 3.5weeks..
