I really dont understand why people dont look at rescues and shelters first when they want a xbred dog.... its frustrating because there are so many in need of homes and are all so loving...... you cant predict a desiger dogs temp or appearance or health anymore then a pound mutt..... its really sad.....that these dogs die while unscrupulous "breeders" line their pockets and put stuffed up lies and crazy "facts" into the unsuspecting publics heads........ a bloody cavoodle,labradoodle lashoodle choodle blah!!!!! i saw this cartoon with my nephew yesterday called marthur speaks, and is was all about educating people on responsible dog ownership, yeh even kids cartoons do it now. it was about a young girl who bought a " bluedoberottweilerdoodle" she bought the designer dog to match her handbag, and then realised she bought it on impulse and dumped it in the pound..... they went through many things on that episode about people fostering and adopting dogs, and that just because its mixed with a poodle doesnt mean its non shedding or hypoallergenic. they found the puppy a home of course ( its a cartoon.......) they need more things like this

Actually there are exceptions. I had a Rotti that came into season every 3 months. But apart from that I can see having a season, being pregnant, having puppies, then coming into season again....is impossible for 4 litters in one whole year. Lynn thats scary thought......a puppy mills dream dog thank goodness she has a responsible owner

For me it was for pitties sake. I picked her up as a skinny mangy wormy young dog who had had allready had a litter and fixed her, I gave her a life more fortunate and have been blessed ever since.

Awwww heeler puppies :p My first dog was a heeler x kelpie from a neighbour's oops litter, when we went to see the litter she trundled over and planted herself on my shoe to have a chew on my shoelaces :D We bought her for a carton of beer and had her for 13 happy years classic aussie payment method awesome!!

I love rescue stories and im so glad that people are also choosing to do research before buying a pup ohhh i love this thread! hehe

I know i was a bit sceptical of the OP, how does that make me a troll?? I joined because people here are always willing to help, as long as you are upfront and tell the truth. they are also famous for weeding out the BS...and my god if u going to BS about dogs prepare for recoil I am not going to comment anymore on this thread but I am proud to be part of such a great forum.

Well, if this "byb" is still trying to pose as a registered breeder..it would be good to know what breed they are trying to sell? assumptions much? i apologized to the OP twice, and then the reaction is that everyone here doesnt give two rats about dogs?? yeh, everyone here has tried to help the OP and the OP was given advice, and it just continued on and on....if people here didnt give a rats they wouldnt of tried to help. this is TWICE the OP has accused the people on this forum of not caring about dogs? why join here then to get help if none of us give a rats about dogs? the OP couldnt answer simple questions when asked either..? a few people asked what breed? and asked to see a photo of the pup they were sent? and nothing.....the OP just went on and on about the same thing, even though it was explained in a hundred different ways. and then when it was all calming down, had to fire it up again with the bitch going to be bred 4 times BS.... judge me if you want....but the my opinion

awwwwwwwwwww I wasnt looking for a dog at the time, I was helping someone else find their dog by seeing if it had been turned into the pound, and wallah I fell in love with my baby talia instantaly.it was love at first site, i couldnt leave her there...cold and huddled in the corner with her big round husky eyes. I paid $67 for her and 5 years later we are still in love hehe , she is 8 years young

Gosh - Im so sorry I came here for help now.... I thought that this was a place where genuine breeders could be asked questions by people like me who dont know anything other than what they see when they visit pups.. re read my post and tell me those pups are safe/ok.. Im not going to ask anymore questions or for anymore help on this - clearly the welfare of dogs is not high priority here and Im sorry I asked now. thats what im talking about right there- the welfare of animals is the number one concern on here. what gets me upset is that troy is so trusting of the people he lets join here, so everyone can have a good time and share their doggy experiences and general love for the dog and then there are a few bad eggs...that make it unbearable sometimes.....( not saying OP ) just explaining myself
