The real story why I am having trouble getting over Maya is: Maya came to me after some other losses. He was a tiny puppy when I got him. He became a sick puppy too and nearly died. He got this puppy strangles thing, was so ugly, boils all over his face but he miraculously pulled through and then lived a trouble-free life with a strong immune system. So now he is gone too all those feelings come up and I am a bit bewildered/lost.

Maya will be licking James. That's what he was like with others, he was a gentle, loving giant. He even let an invalid blue-tongue lizard sit on his back and never harmed it, he adopted puppies once. I best write a story about him. He showed me what love is.
