My girl has taken to watching the tv too, she cant seem to understand yet though whats going on. She looks behind the tv for the people and when the footy is on and the ball goes off screen she went looking for it

Oh my god poor thing, jeezzz it anoys me how careless people are, between broken glass bottles and kebab mess it can make your (what should be peaceful and relaxing walk) a misery. Hope she's feeling better soon.

Our council had article in the news paper the other week about dog attacks cause there have been a rise in attacks, they state that if a dog runs at you barking like that it can be classified as an attack. Maybe you need to report this neighbour?

Lola couldn't either. The other 3 are thriving on the lamb. Would be ideal to have one food they could all eat. Yeah Abbey loved it but it didn't live Abbey, she just can't tolerate lamb, if I give her any lamb meat I'll see it again in a few hours for sure. Would deffinately give it another go if a chicken variety came out, just a small bag not wasting more kibble.
-
Ha i was just about to ask about how long the chicken variety is going to be also. My girl couldnt handle the lamb.

My lab pup who is nearly 9 months old doesn't like when people are wearing beanies or hoodies and sometimes sunglasses if the people take them off before trying to meet her she's generally more accepting.

Has she had any bad experiences? Might just be a new awareness stage but you would need to find a way around this behavior.

Its a bit hard to tell, its not like one of those little face warts they can get. My old girl had one of those that just came up in her last few years and it looked a bit tick like to me.

How did you go with your pup? Ive now got the same problem, runny poos but i know Abbey is going after bird droppings (Yuck!) going to give her rice and chicken tonight and try and get her back to normal.

Chicken Necks And Roo Meat For Puppies
Tara8430 replied to luvs_mutts's topic in General Dog Discussion
I couldn't do chicken necks with my lab pup she just swallowed them without chewing which scared me, so it's half or quarter frozen chicken frames only for her. -
Does it help with dry or sensitive skin? Is it similar to megaderm? My pup has been on that after being on black hawk she went very dry and dropped heaps of hair, it did her well but if this stuff is better....
-
What actually is it? Can someone explain the benefits?
-
Having it on lockable castors is a good idea so you can move it around.
-
Me too how awesome is that, only I think I'd need something so abbey couldn't junmp off the roof
-
Is his skin dry or just irritated? Anything in the garden like ivy or wandering jew that he might be laying on?
-
The vets told us that it can take up to 6 weeks for kibble to get fully into their systems, like humans and vitamins. We got half way through a big bag of black hawk before all the problems became evident which would account for the 6 weeks like the vet said. Has he been itchy at all? I'd also agree with above posts about them eating bird or chicken poo, I've seen runny poos after seeing my pup do that.

Previously Toiled Trained Pup Suddenly Pee'ing Inside Again?
Tara8430 replied to NOCTRL's topic in Puppy Chat
I'd be inclined to say urinary tract infection, especially if it's just like they can't hold it, it's urgent and they don't have time or if it's really frequent. -
Wouldn't pumpkin make it worse, I thought you gave them pumpkin to loosen up the system I'm just throwing this out there cause its what I've been through but my pup can't handle lamb, I had her on the black hawk puppy and it didn't agree at all, she also can't handle lamb off cuts so I've cut lamb all together and we are much better. When she had the tummy troubles I did boiled chicken and rice until she went back to solid #2's which was usually 3-4 days. Was your pup on black hawk when you picked luka up?
-
Haha Abbey does that as well, cracks me up

Does doing this mean anything?

It is so much easier hey, to have the patties in the freezer. I enjoy spending an hour or so every week making up their patties :) I'm not fond of raw meat that is bloody and the way I'm making them now, there is hardly any blood at all. I also add oat bran/rice too as I'm not against grains. Way easier, i too had been cooking up chicken and vegetables but after reading about raw ive converted :) Now i only cook up some chicken tendons when its cold and i feel bad feeding a cold raw patty im sure they dont care as long as its food (labrador owner haha) I also think that making your own is waaaaayyyyy cheaper, its just finding that hour when you run out of pattys to make more.
