Thankyou for taking and sharing your photos when it was painful for you. I too can't believe how mobile they seem, and playing with little toys too! It feels like a moment ago they had little tiny teeny jazz hands.

Great pics. You seem to have the entire beach to yourself!!

Hahaha! Or from lack of sleep because your head is full of dreams and plans and there's no time for sleep lol Good luck with her :)

Ohhhhh Corvus, what are you getting?

For starters they could keep dog and child separated unless they knew that dog 100%. Being a friends dog how could they?

A great (safe) area for pup to spend the day when I was at work was fantastic. Climb/escape proof and large enough if possible for running and playing and with plenty of things to do. I had one down the side of the house then half way under out verandah. I had a tub with sand for digging, a tub full of balls which I would drop her food in to, things to climb on and through, a tarp, a soft tug hanging from the clothes line, a flat tub with water that she could step in and out of, a crate out of the weather etc When she had her alone time (I could see her from the house) she often went nuts on everything. Pull the tug, run through the balls, bounce off the side of the tunnel, dig in the sand then collapse and sleep in the sand lol

Great photos and tips everyone. I had a busy weekend and have sunk to new levels of lazy with this week's photo ! I was laying down and Poppy and I were staring at each other. She makes me think of an ewok lol

I've dehydrated treats for many years and love it. I don't dehydrate until there's no moisture left but so the meat is still bendy. I keep it in the fridge but it lasts for weeks until used. I then chop it in to tiny pieces (small dogs) with secateurs and both dogs love them. I've used pretty much any meat you can buy from chicken, silverside, duck, rabbit, rump, mince, Turkey etc. Silverside is probably one of the most cost effective and different minces work best squished flat. Liver is another cost effective one but stinks while dehydrating! I just run the dehydrator outside under my verandah now.

What an incredible photo! Just absolutely gorgeous, I can't stop looking at it!

I did what Mrs RB suggested with a new puppy and she is so blasé about the vacuum cleaner now I have to either move her out the way of it, or I can vacuum her (which is a great way of clearing up the source of hair) lol.

Personally I'd rather see stockpiled photos than none lol. Sounds like you're not going to have much spare time at all soon, good luck with it all!

OMG... where are you finding these magical places!?

Aww congratulations Aunty Huga...gorgeous pic. I can't believe the Alpacas are ok with a bucket of water coming their way! haha.

Is this who you're named after Cat? Absolutely gorgeous.
-
You're bringing her alive!

They both look like gentle dogs. Probably a great meeting for both of them?

What an interesting photo Snook, I keep looking at it! I've been lazy again by not taking a photo beyond my house but I've been busy with new birds. This is Pepe and Keeko. They're crimson belly conure's. Pepe is an 18 month male and Keeko is a 13 week old female. They're hand tame and lots of fun!

Good on you for putting the effort in!

Ronin always looks like he's having the best time!

Cute! Tail stiff with excitement?

The shot of them running looks like they're having so much fun together!

What a gorgeous looking dog. She looks so dignified.

I keep trying to work out which limb is which! Here's mine for this week. Maggie watching YouTube which fascinates her, she watches it as long as I let her. If I had the phone closer she would have her face almost pressed on the screen lol. (Please excuse my dirty phone cover).

They're gorgeous and lovely photos as usual. Sounds like you've been through a pretty intense time, I'm glad you had support with you. I'm thinking Boofah Boy might be a whippet or greyhound who snuck in a hello to Neko LOL!

I bet you feel like a weight is off your shoulders now! I'm glad she and the babies are safe and sound and I hope she's a good mum for you. :)
