Well, she came early and we had six healthy bubs born on Oct 30th!!! 5 boys and 1 girl.

We are due this Saturday but temp has dropped this morning... So we may have October babies

Whippets often get a wrap for being 'soft'... This is evident when raining or the grass is wet... They decide the world is going to end if they have to pee in those conditions! Hmmmn interesting! We've been feeding BH since the home delivery/white plain bags days for 4 dogs and 4 cats.... They all devoured it at every opportunity, even breaking into cupboards to steal it! Our second last bag of cat kibble was a completely different size to the norm and the cats reluctantly ate it, often leaving it.... Now not a single one has EVER left food in their bowl EVER! Now with another bag the kibble is the regular size but we are finding that after we feed them the cats act like they are all starving! So have pretty much been feeding them double to stop the yowling. One of the cats has since developed a severe gut intolerance to BH and has been switched successfully to VAN (Vets All Natural). We have whippets who have always done well on BH but the last few months/bags we've seen a deterioration in their once glossy, smooth coats. I thought maybe it was just the colder weather until I was reading the last few pages of this thread! All our dogs are mostly fed raw with kibble as an activity feed. Of late we've been feeding one meal of BH and one of raw meat/bones.

Also check fuel tank for Hyundai Santa Fe. I have a 2000 model and its got a 40L tank, and 10L/100km... So not great for long trips! Otherwise it is a brilliant car. I have 3 whippets and a bitsa all fit in back seat. Loads of room in the very back too

Oh wow! Hi guys! I'd completely gotten sidetracked this fortnight and haven't been on DOL! I was coming in with my tail between my legs as I thought I'd missed the cutoff! Woot... Another fortnight! I like the once per month idea too! I'm still in! We did obtain a pup today.... So can't promise she won't make an appearance! :)

We are waiting too.... On a show quality pup.... He's passed and is show quality... But now we wait for both testes to descend! He's only 8wks old at the moment! So the waiting is doing our heads in...
