  1. Between 6-9pm, depends if we have training that night.
  2. Susan Salo's jump training DVDs Dial up the Distance All of Silvia Trkman's DVDs 2 on 2 off DVD 2x2 Weave DVD As far as online courses I have not participated in any for agility, but Fenzi Dog Sport Academy has some agility ones starting. Bronze level is soooo cheap there it's totally worthwhile doing :D FDSA - School of Agility
  3. Not this time around as I was feeling a bit poor, but I have taken lots! Let us know how the stay course works out... We have some ongoing stay issues!
  4. Elsie learned sit up recently, and is now learning to hold things in her paws while sitting up! Having trouble keeping it out of her mouth though hahaha
  5. I feel a little embaressed when I am at the park doing agility training and have dragged out my jumps and weaves... and people stop to watch! I want to say I'm actually just training! Not trying to be a show off!
  6. Someone once told me they were going to report me for animal cruelty, for starving my poor rottweiler (adolescent doberman bitch)
  7. Sorry just had to :) :) Hope someone can help you out!
  8. I'm not sure whether to blame the BC or the terrier half of her for the propensity to roll in cr@p! Probably both of them  One more from this evening, Elsie working on some tricks in front of the fire!
  9. We had a fun morning at the park training sendaways and redirects, unfortunately it was raining and muddy so Elsie got pretty filthy. During our walk afterwards she also managed to roll in something reminiscent of dead fish... Needless to say it was straight in the shower when we got home! This is what I think of your bath! Do you want to hug me again now that I smell like coconuts?
  10. I thought canned pumpkin would have sugar added, since it is used for desserts in the USA, but when I looked at the canned pumpkin here the ingredient list said 100% pumpkin. Hmmmm
  11. I've seen canned pumpkin in the international food section of supermarkets here, alongside candy from the UK and USA :)
  12. I don't think I've ever seen Elsie get dribbly for food, but she does get frothy when she is excited and working! Sledding and coursing are the worst for it
  13. Dog Training - NZ Sheep Dog Trial Association
  14. I have a friend that hunts and gets me rabbits and goat for $2.50/kg :)
  15. Still waiting for a puppy! I told myself when Elsie was 3, I could have another. She is 3 in October! I really don't know what breed anymore, my partner is pushing for an iggy, I would prefer a malinois. Will probably end up with another terrier x collie mix! Have been telling myself if I can hold out until December, there will be cute terrier mix litters at the rescues again like last year when there were SO MANY cute rescue puppies that I couldn't have!
  16. I help run some fun all breeds lure coursing, and we get to race some fast mutts against whippets.... They don't have a chance :)
  17. Funny right! She is always very worried that he is going to steal her raw food! She doesn't seem to view him as food though :) He is just a pain, always in the middle of anything exciting :D
  18. Hope this wasn't your friend?? (actually a hare, not a bunny hehe)
  19. I've only given Elsie whole rabbits with the skin on, and I had to cut some big holes in the skin to get her to eat it... She had the whole bunny and spent a good half hour just sniffing and licking its bum LOL once I had cut through the fur she figured it out pretty quick.
  20. Just post the URL in with no code around it, but remember to remove the "S" from the https, so it's just http:// and so on :)
  21. Congrats! There are loads of videos on the Paw Blacks page My link
  22. Oh I've met many a dog that are "way faster than greyhounds!" at the park. Them, and the 130kg of pure muscle, which appears to be about 60kg of lard.
  23. I really want to! I better start saving now though  What an awesome nationals - loved watching all the videos from the event, and seeing team NZ do really well! Congrats to QLD for what I hear was a fantastic event! Hopefully see some Aussies here next year for the 2015 New Zealand Dog Agility Championships (NZDAC!)
