  1. I just discovered the name of the dog beach near Fremantle it is Coogee beach, My son takes his Wei there for a good run.
  2. For ordinary vet care neither would I Showdog. Their specialists are great, but you cannot see the same person each time you visit, and they are just training to be vets! I would go back to my old fave in Leederville, bit of a drag, but I know he is great
  3. My son takes his Wei to Murdoch and is very pleased. The Endo at Murdoch oversaw my family vet in the treatment of my Coco's Cushing's disease. brilliant place.
  4. Ann if you drive straight down the Leach highway to Fremantle. (looking at the sea front) follow a road towards your left, going south and there are dog beaches there. The City Farmers on High Road Willetton do not have much in the way of fresh dog food. They stock a heap of the dried stuff and some of the meaty rolls. I think you may have to chat up a local butcher
  5. Coco had a cough that sounds like what you are describing and his vet said that it was reverse sneezing. It sounded nothing like a sneeze, just a cough as if he was trying to clear his throat. I used to rub his throat when he started.
  6. OK I'm back, had to go get a tissue That is just so beautiful. I lost Coco in December and I still miss him terribly.
  7. I think that this is an interesting link (mentions feeding kangaroo meat) that you may find helpful http://www.geocities.com/ibdogsintl/yourdogarticle.html
  8. I found this website which may be of help: http://www.pethealthcare.net/html/body_can...ncreatitis.html
  9. Low fat, not much red meat, chicken is good without skin. No puppy foods are they are usually higher in fat.
  10. My little darling had to leave for a nicer place, with no pain and no nasty medications, on 10th December 2004. My heart is still breaking for my lovely, faithful, cuddly boy
