Yes, I've been watching, some truly gorgeous dogs and the atmosphere looks incredible. Great to see some Aussie dogs doing well! I think it was a very well deserved win for Banana Joe, it's a shame that there are many people on the Facebook page having a whinge (in some cases being quite rude about it). I thought the OES, Swagger was pretty amazing to do so well as a class dog, and I thought the American Foxhound, Jewel was stunning as well. I'm looking forward to being there in person in 2015!

Bella sleeps on the sofa to start with, but ends up in her own bed in my room, and then gets on my bed when she wakes up in the morning. For a long time she downright refused to use her bed (after using it with no problems for about a year), she's recently decided that she quite likes her bed after all!

I liked a Slink of Salukis as well. A Snobbery of Salukis was what immediately popped into my head tho' :laugh: I love a Snobbery of Salukis! :laugh:

I agree 100%. In the end, both reputable breeders and reputable rescues ultimately work to the same aim, to give loving, caring and responsible homes for their dogs. The way I see it, it's no favour to a rescue dog if you 'adopt' them only to return them later because they are not the right dog for you. Rescue dogs aren't necessarily the best option for everyone, but for some people they are. I think it's sad that owners of 'bought' dogs rather than 'rescued' dogs are made to feel inferior, I've certainly experienced this ,myself.

Goodness, Mishka has a pretty face! Clover, Bella's collar is from an online store (paddedcollars . com), based in the UK but I found the prices and postage to be very reasonable. I love her collar, definitely would go to them for a collar again.

I am so sorry for you loss, and shocked this horrible tragedy was allowed to happen. I can only imagine how you must be feeling. My thoughts are with you at this sad time.

I've never been happy with Bella's name as it's so common and associated with 'Twilight' as well. I wish I'd changed her name when she came home, but I love her all the same, even with what would probably be the LAST name I would have chosen!

I'd like Bella to pass Grade 4 obedience, that'd be nice! I'd like to give agility a go with her as well.
