Todays group 2: BIG the Puppy Border, knocked me out! lol RUIG: Aust bred Scottish Terrier My 8.5 month old puppy girl got 1st in Sweepstakes with a nice line up of 15 Very pleased! (Yesterdays SS, wasnt enbtered in todays) Nice to meet you FBC and Cazzie!! Enjoyed my weekend away and the weather was really quite mild, luckily!

Sorry cannot get excited about another unregisted litter of labs..where all the appropirate health tests done as well on sire and dam? (whelping supplies is cheap!!) Rik rack is commonly used as well. Nail polish on back of coat, wool, string..etc etc etc...

Feel slightly better now. Went over armed with a puppy pen, crate for them. We spent a while discussing socialisation and desexing at 6 months

so, I thought I had taught my neighbours alot but i guess not, sigh. They call me over and I walk in the kitchen to see a puppy... A Min Pin X Mini Foxie...ok...from PP they couldnt leave it there.... I hate it when people know your doggy so they expect you to be all excited, when all you really want to say is WHY WHY WHY? Granted her temp seems ok, her teeth are ok for a baby..but still...i just feel frustraited, especially when both of them work 8 hour days and they got this breed? I cant see much Foxie in it...she is pretty cute, but my mother always taught me, if you cant say anything nice dont say nothin at all vent over..ps I will make sure its very socialised with my lot at least

what a fantastic job youve done with these babies! Youve done more then what most BYB have done for thier pups that for sure! Well done for taking on advice and doing your very best, even though it wasnt you responsibilty you stood up and made it!! Anyway you can getthe owners to desex her? Otherwise it will obviously keep happening Cant wait to see piccis!!

yes enteries are closed now :rolleyes: I have entered, but my going depends on hubbys work as I am NOT dragging the lkids up again! Too hard!! Any other DOLers on the 8th and 9th ??? As to what to take, i like to take wire crates for the benches, food, drink, grooming table, trolley and cover, good book or two, ipod, grooming stuff, breed info for curious public a chair and probably heaps of other stuff!

its a few days. lort smith because i dont like my local vet and i have always gone to lort smith because my mother got her dog from there also any money there goes towards helping other animals in need Isnt an accident litter contributing to 'animals in need??' (sorry couldnt resist.) :D

Alizin is fine to use, bitch sufferes no ill effect and you dont even notice...I have used it before with an opps after a silent season. And it sure is a alot cheaper then raising a litter!

All explained above of 'what you have to do' The judge will ask each exhibitor to do a triangle or up and back to judge the way the dog moves. Yes dogs have to be purebred, thats the whole point of showing your dog Oh main register means full pedigree papers as opposed to Ltd Registraion, dogs on these can not be shown or bred from.
