Does he eat the snails?! I thought they were poisonous, though I wouldn't be surprised if a canine's acidic digestive system is able to cope. :p Apparently the shells are the best bit. I don't think snails are poisonous but could carry disease? I'm not letting him know that the French eat them with garlic butter

I'm hoping to benefit from any advice you receive ;) I have a Snail Collector. He is very sneaky. I find little piles of bodies...denuded of their shells

Getting Bruno accustomed to traffic that way worked for us but there may be better ways? I'm only a newbie on here and not really experienced enough to give any advice BUT maybe you could post the question about growling at people while on lead in the Puppy or Training/Obedience threads? There are plenty of qualified and /more experienced people on DOL who might see it there. Good luck with him, he is lovely

Frank is absolutely gorgeous! My boxer pup was startled by a noisy bus pulling up alongside us on one of our first walks. We spent some time on lead a fair way back from the road just sitting and watching traffic pass by. Gradually we moved closer over several sessions. He is unfazed by traffic now. Joggers and cyclists are another story

I'm certainly no expert however I have got a dog with tummy issues. I am still working out what food my dog can tolerate but adding a spoonful of cooked mashed pumpkin to each meal has really helped him. He's gone from nasty diahorrea to fairly normal poos. Hopefully someone much wiser than me can advise you about stopping the GF or gradually changing over Good luck!
