  3. Yay I'm glad the coats arrived and they fit. Thanks go to LilyandCharlie(new DOL member) though as she made them and I just posted them. I love the photo's and updates thank you Ella and indigirl :)
  4. I have bought a LOT of stuff from cafepress over the last couple of years and never had a problem with the quality of their products.I have a problem with how long my stuff takes to get here but not their quality.
  5. Yep k9a that's right, she can always come back if it doesn't work out.I know how much you put in to choosing the perfect home for your fosters so I'm sure Pippa will have the best home possible.
  6. A Lowchen's best friend too!!! love it ellz. I looked after a friends three dachshunds overnight a while ago and they are the cutest dogs. All three slept in bed with me and it was like having three hotwater bottles stuck to me  Watching them run around the backyard was hysterical.Great little dogs :)
  7. Hugs to you Staffyluv. It's definately not easy to say goodbye.I visited my last foster dog yesterday and he has certainly landed on all four paws :) I struggled with letting each one go but then when a new one would arrive with hope in their eyes I knew it was right.
  8. The boys are looking better each day :) Two coats are in the post and should arrive today today or tomorrow.
  9. I got my two some gorgeous leads and collars from Jan's Martingales in the US.She makes them for greyhounds, whippets and iggies. Sorry I don't know how to post a link
  10. I had just tried to send you a PM but it wouldn't send.I got yours though so will hopefully have them made and posted off by the end of the week :) Thank you.
  11. indigirl if Ella can measure from the base of the neck to a few inches over the tail(better to be too long than too short)and from the base of the neck down to the elbow. The coats will have a polo neck that can be folded down or up to suit.Hope this makes sense.
  12. My greyhounds love their soft toys from the op shop tdierkx so I'm sure the boys would too.I know they have their jammies on but can I offer a coat each for the boys. The lady that adopted my last foster grey is making polar fleece coats now for rescue and I know she would love to make some for them. I love the photos please keep posting them :)
  13. Loved it! Put a big smile on my face thank you for sharing :)
  14. Me too huntrox Their devotion to each other and the hope in Phoenix's eyes has me in tears.
  15. Changed both my rescue greyhounds names and they were far from similar.Stan's name was Flash and Maddie's name was Skye.My last foster dog I named Ray and his new family changed it to Charlie and after a couple of days he was answering to it.Change it to whatever you want your pup will soon get used to it :)
  16. Aawww bless him.I've never quite seen a "radar dish" like that one before.
  17. I did vote boys as I've always had males.I wanted my two male greyhounds until Miss Maddie came along and melted my heart...and Stan's :)
  18. Oh dogmad I have been thinking about them and wondered if they had arrived Jeeezus I have no words.I can't stop the tears...
  19. I love it.Looks a lot like my Maddie when she's eyeing off food.
  20. RIP Pampi So sorry for the loss of your beautiful girl
  21. That's a very good point.I'm not anon and sometimes I'll be reading a topic out of interest but I really have nothing to contribute and then I get to the bottom and the only other person reading is the OP.Then I feel a bit rude because they can see me and all I really have to offer is this
