No, that wasn't all you were saying. You referred to a trainer and made an incorrect statement about the advice they supposedly gave you. I made a joke (I was certainly not trying to ridicule you LOL) because not only did I find what you said a bit absurd but I also don't understand what is that bad about a trainer recommending a bark collar anyway. I also get a bit tired of the assumption made by people that we aren't "positive" in the training methods we use. I not only find it incorrect but a bit insulting. Besides, the old positive vs negative debate is pretty tired. Even if a bark collar was recommended I don't see how it's absurd to think one would be recommended for a problem barker if it was appropriate. I came home today to find two bowls and a saucepan on the floor. Licked cleaner than any dishwasher could ever do. Stupidly I stood there and asked the question.."Who did this?" Besides the fact they can't speak I still asked the question and I already know the answer anyway. The tell tale muddy pawprints on every bench in the kitchen tells me it was definately Maddie. Stan would be waiting for whatever she steals from the bench but I know he could not be bothered to scour the benchtops.For those with more than one dog do you know which dog did it? Go and get the dog NOW! Straight to a vet.I honestly don't know how you can sit back and watch this dog be so sick with the real possibility it will die.I for one feel sick in the stomach.
