We picked up our little girl yesterday. It's been a bit hectic since. She is gorgeous though. Very friendly and good with the kids. We are currently having some quiet time with my son asleep, the other sitting quietly, jetson our older dog asleep on the couch and rocket the puppy asleep in her crate. All good.

How exciting getting a standard poodle, I have two and neither of them like water much but they are tennis ball crazy. Are you going to show and will you do your own grooming? Whoops forgot what colour? Maybe she won't like swimming then, not had a standard before. Jetson loves it and so did my toy. No not going to show and no to the grooming. I hate clipping, have tried it before but I wasn't very good at it. She is silver.

I am getting a standard poodle. I have bought a kong puppy, kong wobbler (my other dog has tried it out and he loves it) I think I will get a kong puppy binkie and a wubba (one for each) as poodles love swimming. Also some stuffed toys and a teeth thing that hasn't arrived yet. I will try and steer clear of squeaky toys as Jetson (my older dog) wanders around the house with them crying, trying to determine the best place to bury them which is often in my bed! I will try and post a pic of our little girl. Glad the puppies first night went well!

I gave my dog a kong with somenkong treats for Xmas, he promptly buried it. We were on holidays at the time so no longer have a kong. We no longer givenhim bones or pig ears because there have been times when I have found them in the bed! He is always pinching the kids toys and burying them in the sand pit. My sons first words were 'out with it'. I always know the dog has his stuffed toy inside when my son says this. The said toy is now called outwithit.

He is gorgeous smartypaws. We have to wait until the end of august for our puppy. So very exciting.

Some super cute puppies here! I can join now as I have just sent off my deposit for a standard poodle pup. It going to be quite a wait but it gives time to get ready I guesss. Very exciting.
