Thanks all. The trip was uneventful. Now "Toro" our little toy poodle pup won't let us out of his site! He is at my feet constantly as I had read about. Will get pics up soon. Thanks again

Hi all We are picking up our new puppy today (8weeks). However it will be over 2hrs in the car each way. We have a crate in the car and some treats for him. We were wondering if you guys could give us some advice to make the trip more comfortable for him. Also we have had some conflicting advice on what to do when we get home. Some people have said let him sleep where as other have advised us to familiarise him to the doggy friendly part of the home and begin toilet training. What do you think?
