Sabbath, you obviously know 'something' about the breeder, care to elaborate?
-
Does anyone have any information on the Amstaff Breeder Arloshire. I'd like to ask some questions about a dog they bred. Thanks in advance.

Has anyone ever heard of Kronosamstaf?

How Would You Feel About This Situation?
Good Thanks replied to kelpiecuddles's topic in General Dog Discussion
I think no matter where you were, the law would still favour the owners of the dog that was ON LEASH. -
Dogs QLD have given me information, to fill out a stat dec and we may get a certificate for our pup, but obviously no registration papers. Consumer Affairs have sent me to lawyers.
-
She tells us theoretically they don't have to be registered until the day before their 1st birthday, this is true, so she has another 6 months. The other breeder is willing to help, so far, but she will still need to come up with the money, which she is claiming is the reason for no registration yet. When she sold the pups we were given 2 weeks to come up with a pedigree name for the papers, she said otherwise we miss out and she picks it as she likes to do them ASAP. (I have all this in writing)

Well we have another 6 months before we know if we actually get papers. I've called Dogs QLD. I have all the information now of the dam's name, and who the dam is registered to, and still that person doesn't have a prefix, she has still promised papers through another prefix and technically I was told she can do that if she transfers the bitch from her name into the breeder whom owns that prefix. However its against the code of ethics (What does that mean though?) In the meantime I was messaged by someone else who has given me much more information about the person who sold me a pup, none of it is savoury. Consumer affairs have given me information to call lawyers.

Are fake papers possible? I've having issues with my pups breeder who I learnt doesn't have a prefix, someone has sent me multiple messages saying she is connected to fake papers and not sending papers at all. So... possible or not?
-
Is it true there are some 'breeders' faking registration papers? Is this possible?
-
Receipt has no information about papers, but I have emails and private messages stating main register papers.

She confused our puppy somehow, I really don't understand how it happened, but she originally told us our pup was from one dog, but later I realised something didn't add up and questioned her and she said our pup was from another dog... the daughter of the original dog, so close linage but another male linage to consider. (Does that make sense?) Her vacc's cert give her DOB. Can you find out if someone has a prefix just by ringing Dogs QLD and give their name?

Pups should be registered in QLD

Ok update... I was told the pup would be registered under a certain prefix... the parents were co-owned. The dogs have now been transferred from that breeder, so she is telling me her prefix will not be used. The girl who bred the dogs, isn't giving me a prefix, no idea why, maybe she doesn't have one? I was promised main papers, ASAP (she wrote she likes to get them done quickly, she was born Jan/Feb). I don't actually know the date anymore because she actually changed the mother (she had two litters at one time from diff mothers) once we had pup for a few weeks, so I'm unsure of date of birth.

I've emailed breeder a couple of times. Have rung to check on the litters registration with the dog assoc in question. We rang the dog assoc in question before buying the pup, the breeder was known to who ever answered the phone and all was fine.

What happens if you purchase a puppy, fully registered, but never receive papers? Do you just have to cop it on the chin? Or is there anything once can do? I'm very nervous we are going to end up with a dog without papers, and with BSL around the corner, that makes me super nervous.
