  1. so another day another $566 and the biopsy results will be at the specialist on friday, meanwhile they did a blood test and the only thing of significance was a low white blood cell count so will have to wait till friday to see what the Orthomologist has to say regarding VKH and how he is reacting to treatment
  2. The specialist didn't listen or acknowledge a word I said and instead has stipulated the issue is VKH syndrome so putting my faith and money into her prognosis so thankyou for that link and the info, it's an invaluable thing experience so I'm thankful for the help!!!
  3. Zeusy will be off for a biopsy tomorrow morning to prove it but the steroids plus eye drops should bring it under control within the next two days fingers crossed!
  4. well back from the eye specialist and now the theory is "VKH syndrome" and now aggresive treatment in saving zeus's eyesight from the inflammation
  5. I managed to get the MSDS this morning the product is Rudchem Pty Fog Off to the opthamologist shortly Zeus still has blurry opaque eyes
  6. Has anyone had any experiences with mosquito fogging and their dogs having adverse reactions, just moved recently only to have my chow chow go from healthy to suffering temporary blindness, infected gums (bad breath), swelling of his muzzle and lethargic in under 48 hrs. We've seen at least four-five separate vets (over a course of six weeks) and been given a response to the symptoms that present but given no viable reasons, this is the second time around in just over six weeks however this time my baby furball is suffering a great deal worse with his vision almost totally impaired. Maybe it's not related at all but it seems too much of a coincidence as the last time he was suffering which turned out to be when they did the area, however our shar pei has not been affected at all dosen't make sense if that were the problem. It anyone has experience with these symptoms please share, my furry little friend is as blind as a bat (further to that he is off to the eye specialist tomorrow after being seen at the emergency clinic tonight for two hours without a prognosis yet again)
