I live in Darwin. But I can't say I know of any hotels that would take dogs. There are a quite a few holiday/caravan parks that have cabins and the like. I think your best bet would be somewhere like that. But again I'm not certain. haha one of those selectors was actually pretty good. Dogs I was considering getting: Dobermann Rottweiler another Pointer (have a 2yr old male pointer-x at the moment) Dogs it gave me as matches: German Shorthaired Pointer 97% Rottweiler and Dobermann 93% Pointer 90% haha thought that was interesting.

Thanks for the response to my questions about the water. Maybe I'll have to stick to synthetic ones for any water runs.

Voted GSP, never owned one but I looked after a male and female for 2 months while their owners were away. Generally well behaved and active dogs.

What are the Ruthless ones like with salt water. I really like the look of them and am happy to pay for a top quality product, but my dogs spend a lot of time at the beach an in the water. Wouldnt want a fancy new leash or collar to go and fall apart from that.
