Wait until she gets older and cheekier. Chase simply moves the pebbles and tries to chew on them and then has a good ol' dig!

Some people.......BLAH! I just want to creep over to their house at night, bash them over the head with a shovel and hide the evidence by putting them in a hole in the woods which contain all the other idiots in the world.

I am not clear. Is this the law of NSW or the 'law' of the RSPCA? Also, I have seen some people strap their dogs in the front passenger seat- is this considered to be ok? I put mine in the back.....

+1 Absolutely ridiculous. We have a nusience barker next door but we know they are working hard on him. Sure it can be annoying, but you zone out after a while. Some people have too much time on their hands.

What a cutie!

What a little trooper. Sad about his situation. Surprised anyone would put so much effort in and then just sell him.

Oh Yay! I named my puppy "Chase". Which utterly suits him. Don't even think about running anywhere without him sprinting behind you! Loves the game too

Chase was the same after his desexing op. Nothing to worry about! Although he always seems to stick his out 'just cos'. I am always catching him licking that area numerous times a day! Then try and give me kisses the worst is after he has licked it, he manages to catch me unawares and get me in the mouth- ew!

Do You Refer To Yourself As You Dogs "mum Or Dad"?
Katie P replied to shells's topic in General Dog Discussion
I do but only in a light hearted way -
Wow I feel lucky! Chase slept the whole way through since when we brought him home at 10 weeks. He usually wont get up until I do (11pm-10am some days )

I got Chase the size he would need as an adult. It sort of looked like a mini medallion for a while but hes grown into it pretty quickly!

Adorable!!! Continuously updated pictures is a must!

so moving.....and so sad.....

Maybe just friendily chatting to them would help get a bit of background and then casually mention the dangers of letting the pup be out so young. People usually wouldnt be offended if you say something like "not trying to offend you or anything, but I saw the little guy/girl out the front the other day....blah blah blah........just wanting to make sure nothing bad happens to the little fella"! Usually they will just be a bit embarassed if they werent aware! Nice light and causal should do the trick!

Stonecutter, Chase and I would happily puppysit we don't do much during the middle of the day!!!
-
I like Memphis But then again I like anything that when you call out your dogs name in say i.e. a dog park, 5 dogs don't come running
-
I LOVE the look of that kennel!!

Have Fun Stonecutter! Lots of pictures Dog nerd: I did exactly the same thing. We cut off part of the backyard for Chase and have just put in Bunnings fencing supported by the wooden spike stick things. Buying the smaller fencing which can be brought at Pet outlets are so expensive. His is sort of in a 'keyring' shape as that is just how the backyard and plants sort of swing. I am not sure how we are going to do it when we get our JS puppy closer to the end of the year......we only have 1 doggy door and our summers are obviously quite hot. Plus both would be used to living inside. At least my hours during the hottest time of the day is 0 (will be most likely working from 5:30am-11am, 4pm-9:00pm and mostly one of the shifts not both)
