Yes the dog has been checked even buy the breeders vet! And they all agree, the breeder has agreed but wont hand the money over and she has the dog.
-
But there still should be a full refund as vic dogs has said? And you dont get a Murmur from food?
-
Ring your vet and ask them? I did and that is not true!!!
-
And yes she should have got it checked straight away, but why would you when the breeder says its been done!
-
The breeders vet did not pick it up! BUT when they looked at her when she took her back they found the same thing!!! As my friends vet! It did'nt get picked up, because the breeders vet should have picked it up! before it was sold on. As well as My friends vet should have picked it up but its not the persons fault who bought the pup with the Murmur!!!???
-
No the vet said he thought it was a congenital heart Murmur.
-
True but this dog had never been sick..... And was only noticed because of her tummy looking so big. And my mistake it was picked up at 6 months not nine!
-
When the pup was bought, she was told it had been vet checked? and healthy! she was also told if there was any problems with the dog that it could be returned. On the next too vaccinations the heart was not checked as she seemed ok, and that she had been checked at 6weeks? at the breeder. The dog seemed healthy untill 8 months old when her liver was swollen and she had fluid in her tummy. And her vet found the Murmur, and said 99% chance she had this murmur since birth..... And that they don't just appear!
-
Yes she has the vet reports, thanks for your reply.

My Friend bought a pure breed puppy. The dog turned out to have a very bad heart Murmur and got very sick... She found out about it when the dog was 6 months old and returned it to the breeder. Vic dogs has said she should get a full refund. But the Breeder is just stuffing her around. Saying she only owes half back, but she has not paid any back? This has been going for 3 months. How can she get her full fefund?

I bought a dog it was one year old. When I collected him, he had died on the flight? It was only an hour flight, the airport told me nothing went wrong on the flight. I had him autopsied, and they said he ran out of air. But they said it was common for a flat face breed. This dog had flown alot without any problems? I am now out of pocket with no dog! Does anyone one know what I can do?
