  1. Yes I would give it a go English Ivy. What suits one may not suit another but you could try it. I love Kiwi Peak & so do bot my guys but as other have said, it is $$$. I am thinking of alternating between the 2 just for variety. Sunday Pets is different mainly because of it's size. Each brickett weighs approx. 6gm's. I had to weigh it as you couldn't get accurate measurements using a cup, like you would with normal sized dry food. It's good for fast eaters as it makes them chew more, slowing them down. At the moment my girl gets 36gm's per day & my boy gets 60gm's each day for breakfast. They have raw at night. They both are looking very well thus far & seem to like it :)
  2. I think I'd better retrieve this thread from the sh$te  How are other pooches going on Sunday pets? Any updates???
  3. Yep !!! Stella was very happy with herself the day she came across human excrement in the bush on our daily walk. After having a quick meal she decided to roll in it. Then she ran back out of the bush to me, black, BROWN & white. YUK !!!!! Errrrrr. I dry retched as I was washing all the 'brown' off.
  4. Glad we don't have a cat then. Stella would be in poo heaven
  5. go Benny This news has made my day. So pleased for darling Benny. Has made my heart sing. Some things are just meant to be. Adored the photo's, especially the pep's dance. He looks like he has lived with you forever Brandiandwe
  6. I wouldnt be surprised if it was genetically linked. The Vet/Behaviorst that I have treating Stella said that reactive dogs are more likely to be coprophagic There are a high percentage of reactive dogs that are apparently. He is of the opinion it is not diet related either. This is my first dog to do this & she is my first reactive, noise phobic, epilepsy effected girl. Have to agree with avoiding kisses.
  7. Oh beautiful Leah. Look at all the snow falling. Great shot
  8. Sounds like he did well in those weather conditions & all the other action around him
  9. The weather certainly hasn't been doing us any favours of late Snook. I always find the wind seems to stir Stella up. She is a lot more flighty & reactive than on calm days. Justice did well though It's all about that 'safe' non reactive distance isn't it? Some days if I go just one step closer, BAM, Stel will react. Sometimes it is hard to judge that 'safe' space as I find she is better on some days than others. Definitely not a routine call.
  10. Helll yes teekay.... great idea, me too LOL
  11. Well Stella's Coprophagia is still very much alive & well unfortunately. She has been on Sunday Pets for a month now & was hoping for some improvement but no. I did a little test today & left the yard pick up an extra 5 mins & went indoors to spy through the window & she was like lightening. Straight over to it. Other wise she is looking picture of health, so far so good.
  12. I've never heard of them either... Oh what a lovely old girl Hope someone can give her a loving home to see out her days. Gorgeous gal.
  13. Hi corvus, oh that sounds great. I dont have a facebook page or anything but I would love to join in. Im very behind the times lol. You have quite a following already which is great. Thanks for the link. See if I can fumble my way through :)
  14. Sorry am no help about your lens T. Hope you recover OK best take it easy for a while. Sounds like your day prior to your stumble was totally amazing :)
  15. Beautiful bed Suzi...Is that a Snooza Jacks bed? Looks very cosy :)
  16. Geez you were lucky DD. Very close call. Phew...very glad everyone is ok.The weather has come over terrible here. Beautiful early but by lunch time very scary.Like midnight & stormy as.
  17. Dear little Cupcake, good bye sweet girl. Have fun in your new home :) Geez it must be very hard KTB to let them go Love your new little foster girl. She looks so very sweet. Pretty little girl How could anyone mistreat something so beautiful.... Way beyond me.... Enjoy your new princess :)
  18. Oh Raineth, thanks for your kind words. I'm the same with some pep's posts. I read them more than once as well. I also talk to my laptop as well Well I do get so much enjoyment for others if they are having 'wins' with their dog. I know how difficult our reactive guys can make even the easiest of things on a bad day. So on a good day it's like heaven. Del is going really well for you too atm which is great What a lovely little malt you have in your neighbourhood. Most Malts usually scare my 2 guys cause they are very in their face, yappy & loud. He sounds lovely though. Hankdog, that's funny others are using the exact same decoy fella as you. He is doing alright then, isn't he? Snook, I have moments like that. Everything just happens so quickly & your in the moment, you don't get enough time to think clearly. I get really flustered at times as well. I think you went very well.
  19. Oh OK then Delta. I lived in Queanbeyan a lot of years ago. Hated it  Too bloody cold for me...Hope you are liking your new move. I love it here but not a very 'doggie' area unfortunately. Have to travel lots for doggie things to do I've found. Seems everything is on in Sydney. Lucky both my guys love the car. OH isn't very keen on being dragged around to too many doggie things. He isn't a BC tragic like me My male has always shown an interest in scent type activities & finding things that are hidden. It is just like a big game to him. My girl hasn't shown much interest unless I have hidden food. Then it's a very different story :p
  20. Lovely coastline teekay. Beautiful dog. Gorgeous coat
  21. Gosh JulesP, my guys would love a Fat Puppy Pod. They look so lovely & snuggley. Both mine only like round beds but both like to stretch out over the edge with their feet & head as well. What a good idea having handles on them as well.
  22. Beautifu photol teekay. May I ask what beach that is?
  23. Snook , Justice did so well in that stressful situation. What that woman was thinking is beyond me but Justice handled it which is terrrific. Well done :)
