I too would be reluctant to muzzle Jake given the rather extreme type ones that suit his breed type. PS... I 2nd milking the situation for some lovely new dog gear LOL ;)

Oh dear Hankdog what a terrifying ordeal for you both. Are you are both OK? Very lucky you weren't bitten or dragged along the ground like me HD. Tar wouldn't be as forgiving as sand. Hope your hand heals quickly. Darn roaming aggressive are my biggest fear. Double brandy perhaps just to take the edge off.

Yes so many cyclists dont ring there bell here either & they come up behind so quickly. Ive had one bikes handle bars hit my hand & almost got tangled up in my bangle. Thats just how easy an accident can happen.

Oh no worries trifecta. I am just happy that our 3 girls are on a " big dry" with a little herbal help . Hopefully the word will get around & help other girls as well :)

Good on you for signing up for the petlovers puppy club. I'm sure this will help you with ideas & exercises to mentally stimulating your lovely GR. Physical exercise is important,yes, but so is the mental stuff. Agree with what other folks have said though all of this is on your terms not pup's. They will train you if you allow them too :p

I so hate it as well. Stella does lunge at times with those little metal scooters. She wants to chase them but bikes we are good with mostly. Yes, prey drive here too at times. Your right some those bikes go very quickly & you don't here them coming, especially in the city would be even worse I imagine. 44kg... I'm at my wits with 18kg. Stella nearly pulls my shoulder out & me over when she lunges & she is so vocal unlike DiDi. It can be very dangerous, your right. Good luck with it over summer.

Jemery, gorgeous girl your Luna That harness looks a good fit on her. Reactive classes sound great. I would like to progress to those one day. Confidence is huge positive factor IMHO. You came a cropper as well. Glad I'm not the only one & your OK. When I was on my VERY slow walk home that day I must admit I had a big chuckle to myself as my face plant into the sand would have looked hilarious :laugh:
