Mixing Kibble With Raw ?
BC Crazy replied to ElizabethBailey's topic in Health / Nutrition / Grooming
Oh what a cutie ???? -
Sorry but agree with everyone. From what I see that is a bite. Somebody's got him right on the end of the nose. Ouch!!! Dog walker is a dead give away really. Quickly saying "oh its not a bite". These things always seem to happen at the worst possible time, without fail. I would be very reluctant to send Scottie out with this walker again actually.

Yes he's like,"excuse me" ...that's so funny LOL.

So sorry to read of your loss Huski. RIP lovely Micha.

No umbrella. With 2 dogs no spare hands for brollys. I wear a water proof hooded spray jacket & base ball cap to keep rain off my glasses. Well fitted gum boots. I have Hurtta rain jackets for our dogs when the weather is really bad.

Ozstar gorgeous Jelly & Toy poodle. Bet you had a ball photographing that bundle of joy. Tay Jessie is on another adventure. She loves the camera. Photographs so well. Wish my girl was camera friendly. She dislikes it with a passion. Hence not many pics of her at all. Such a shame really cause she is a really pretty girl????

That is so cool Nekhbet. I love your contracts. I always worry if the adopter cìrcumstances change down the track or something. What happens to Rocky or alike then? Thanks for your dedication ☺ -

Oh dear little Gypsy girl ???? Hope she finds a lovely warm spot on someone's sofa very soon.

I saw them both last night on the local news on TV. The breeder of the poor puppies must think we are all idiots if he wants us to swallow the story that he gave Thompson all the puppies that he couldn't sell & he was NOT going to do away with them. Come on!!! Thompson seems to think that it was all OK to brutally murder all the puppies as he was allegedly asked to. Thompson & his "charming" partner didn't do themselves any favours on camera. Words fail me really. She just stood outside there home aggressively hurling abuse & running at the camera men. Outside the court Thompson was pretty much the same. Lowlifes !!! They aired footage of 2 dogs belonging to them in their back yard. Both some sort of pig hunting breed apparently. The bitch was quite pregnant & emaciated. You could see all her rib cage. The male also was very lean. Poor dogs. What hope do they have?????

A Follow On Thread For Those Who Now Have Their Puppy
BC Crazy replied to julesluvscavs's topic in Puppy Chat
All these cute puppies. Baskerville is a dream boat. I adore Lappies... very puppy clucky AGAIN LOL -
I have found that the best shows to approach breeders at are the breed specific ones. They are smaller shows. Seems everyone is a little more relaxed. I usually try & approach breeders when they don't seem quite as busy. Lunch time perhaps. I always do my homework first. I know the bloodlines I'm after so that narrows down whom I need to speak with. Not wasting folks time then.

Ours have brekkie Kongs. It too makes them work for their food. Helps Stella eat slowly. I usually just half fill them with kangaroo mince or something. They love them :)

That's so good that your friends can now holiday with that peace of mind that their littley's are safe & well cared for. Vet uses Just like home. Another great recommendation. I had a look online at both the links you kindly provided Hazy & there was wasn't a bad word to be said about the resort anywhere... lots of repeat customers which is always a great sign that they do go that extra mile to make sure the dogs stay is a happy/comfortable one. I was very impressed by their cleanliness as well. Random pics on facebook & not a doggy mess to be seen. Safe, highly fenced lovely big yards for them to run around in Mums 2 swfs won't want to come home LOL..

Awwww W☺illow is such a cutie :)

I use a similar food bowl that perse has suggested for my girl as she eats way to fast. They work well at slowing them down.

Thanks Hazy, that place looks terrific Will pass that info onto mum. She'll be wrapped

Hi folks, This is a request for my mum actually. Thought I may be able to help her find a reputable facility to mind her 2 little male Maltese x's, aged 11 & 1. She occasionally likes a weekend away but has been reluctant to as she is concerned about leaving her little guys. She lives on the Woy Woy peninsula NSW, so in that area would be very convenient but mum does drive so for the 'right' place she wouldn't hesitate. Mum would ideally like them kept together & they are both inside dogs, so this is also a priority. Also she is worried about the likelihood of them mixing with other dogs. As they are swf's mum worries about them getting injured etc. So if anyone has any recommendations for a reputable experienced boarding facility in this area would really appreciate it. T.I.A :)

Beautiful photo's. Such heart warming stories. Gorgeous dogs that just needed a second chance. Poor Cricket is lucky to have lived covered in all those rotten ticks
