Im thinking of trying the canidae sometime

Which of the foods are 40% protein? I guess you could say that if a dog was eating only raw meat and bones it would be 100% protein, is that correct?

I havd tried everything with my dog, I eventually took him to a dermatologist and he had allergy tests, I would take your dog to a dermatologist as you have seen the vet with short lived results.

I have had 2 puppies together ( they both could hear fine but acted deaf as they would ignore me) it is such hard work, if i know what I know now I could handle them better and train them better but I had never trained a dog before and then I got 2... I was young and silly and would not do it again. BUT if you are willing to put the time and effort into it and train them separatly etc it could work.... it would be hard but not altogether impossible

Im very lucky our 1 set of friends own 3 farms around WA and another friend has a huge property where i take my current dog to visit her 2 dogs ( litter brother and half brother to my boy).

I was wondering if it was ok to take puppy to friends homes to socialise where i know the dogs have been vaccinated and no other dogs have been on the property? Our friends own a farm but dont stay on the property, only my dog and hers have been there the last 4 years, what about that, would it be ok?

Have you thought of trying to desensitize her to hating the vet? Start taking her just walk her in, let her look around and leave, repeat until you can go one step further each time. My old dog hated the vet but the more i took her ( she was ill she had no choice) the more she relaxed about the issue.

Adam where in Perth are you?? Im in Perth and could point you to some vets etc. I have a dog already and am getting my pup on 3 sept.

I find yakult does nothing for my dog but Inner Health Plus helps him heaps if he has had antibiotics and an upset tummy. Humans take 1 cap a day so i just give him 1 cap a day

ST i was speaking to my derm on friday and they havent ruled out that food allergies are inherited. They feel that if a dog has food allergies it shouldnt be bred from either.

Take her to the vet there could be a number of things wrong with her.

I dont think i could ever use any of these collars but thats just me.

What damage do prong collars do if used in the wrong hands ( genuine question i honestly know nothing about them as my dog walks on a normal collar)?

Dont go leaving the poor pup at the office on its own thats just cruel. What are your plans for this pup during the day when you and OH are at work the whole day ? Pup cant stay in the crate the whole day.

Im jelous suzie as we have 4 weeks left still
