Tape over the spine and hips??? Mason has never had that, is needles also come out quite bent, its always his neck lately that there is a problem, and the pecs.

I am not sure about states, masons turns are really not good, I could go in and probably pass but it wont be pretty so I am not sure if I am going to bother. Question obedience triallers!! There are 2 type of about turns, the show turns and then the other type ( no idea what the name is). Is it possible to do the other turns??I only see people doing the show turn. Either way I am a bit stuck as he cant do show turns to save his life ( seems to be getting worse and I know I must be doing something wrong). And he does not know the other turns at all....

Too much bran, oat and wheat in that diet for my liking, they are all just fillers. I would go with meat and a good quality kibble, some bones, sardines, eggs and I know some people ad rice or veg but I dont. My other dog that cant eat certain things gets a cup of Canidae grain free, about 300g meat and a bone each day. ETA I will get a photo later of my pup who is going to also be shown, he looks good on the Royal Canin Lab, lots of breeders use it..

This is what my lab pup is getting atm. He is 9,5 weeks old. Brekky is a cup ROyal Canin lab junior - lunch is 250g of meat and a bone - dinner is another cup of biscuits with egg, sardine, yoghurt etc.

I would be afraid, is this a registered breeder you are buying from?

Not a food I'd have recommended. Me either. I would go Royal Canin, eagle pack, holistic select, earthborn holistic or Canidae

It is being held at Mt Mary Creek, nearly at New Norcia, have directions if you would like to go watch. Would have been keen but got something on on sat and sunday will make more of an effort to go watch next season as i want to run mason

I like the vets all natural diet, would feed it if it didnt inclyde grains ( i have an allergy dog)

I use Revolution and them worm 2x a year, I also dont like too many chemicals. ETA in summer my dog gets sprayed with Permoxin daily for flies but it also does ticks I believe - not sure about fleas

Yup i wouldnt leash walk for ages on pavement at all a half hr for a pup is excessive and running yoyr dog next to a bike at 5 months is just stupid

I disagree with no onlead walking, if the dog does not get any gentle exercise like walking they will have heaps more energy which leads to crazy zoomies and jumping around which is worse imo

My 9,5 week old even does it - I just leave him be unless he is really causing an issue in the house...

I left it late with my current lab and it shows, his turns in obedience are shocking
