Yip, I am going to do another free shipping order around 1 december, do you think they will put new stuff on free shipping before then?? Not sure, possibly, but I think we should all be mindful of how many free shipping orders we make. If we all keep ordering things here and there just for the sake of free shipping, it's going to cost them a fortune in postage and they may stop offering free postage on so many things! Maybe a few of us could combine another free shipping order, at least then it would be worth their while? Just a thought I recon they have a deal with the US postal service which is why they offer free shipping in the first place, otherwise how would they make money and why would they do it??

Great pics! What course did you enrol in? I also enrolled in a course 2 weeks ago ;)

We have 2 babble balls, the animal sounds and the human voice one, I have not unpacked the human voices one though, keeping it for xmas. So far ours have behaved but I do keep our one in a sock as when Mason drops it on the paving outside it sounds like it going to break :D He just loves it though.... I am going to do another Clean Run Free shipping order before xmas because I have realized that I have left our Skineez somewhere and I dont know where. It was Mason's favorite so I will be ordering 2 more and sticking my zap ball inside if it fits!!!

Abbey or Jenna? I am assuming we are going Abbey may be best as long as Millie doesn't come over and visit, Jenna is a bit too attracted to other dogs running near her sometimes Jenna sounds exactly like Mason :D Talking about Jenna, will you be having a litter next year Maureen?

Mim, totally OT but I had a dream about you the other day! :D We were walking past a house in NZ (on the street I grew up on) and there was a couple of Corgis out the front of one house. Someone said it was called Daina and I said 'Oh is the other one called Mim?' They said yes so I have a lightbulb moment and go "Oh, so that's where Mim lives!" ;) So weird and random hey??!! ;) You'd think it was because I was spending too much time on DOL but actually I don't even have internet access at home now and so only catch up briefly occasionally at work. My little Paddy Pop got roughed up last night by a huge Newfoundland. ;) He seems fine though, happy enough to trot around with a couple of Bernese Mountain dogs aftewards thankfully. Puppies are like babies, they add grey hairs to your head ;) Oh no poor Paddy! Puppies do add grey hairs, Paddy is quite calm though, Mason used to race off to every dog, he was so confident as a young pup and I always worried that he would get bitten etc but he managed not to.

What our vet did in 2005 was file their canines down and so if they fought they hardly hurt one another as it was not an option for us to re-home one, as much as they fought they also really love one another. Now at almost 11 they dont fight anymore at all. After the 2005 fight the leadership position moved from one dog to the other, the ' lower' ranking dog accepted her new leader and no more probs!

Lol, only a dog person could understand. There was this little old man at the vet yesterday, he came in to arrange his dog to be PTS this morning as it had attacked the neighbours dog and killed it, plus it is showing other weird behaviour signs. I felt so sorry for him, he was so upset by what his dog had done, he said the dog went crazy, it was like someone flicked a switch in its brain. I can kind of relate because my ridgy x bitches used to be like that, all sweet and loving and then the next second growling at one another. If I was in their shed with them when it happened if they blocked the door i used to bail out the window Dont think they would have ever hurt me but its not nice when your dog growls at you when you give it a command. Seeing that man yesterday reminded me how lucky I am to have Mason, he may have his allergy/skin issues but he has a fantastic nature and I would trust him with anyone. Funny how my ridgy who was such a cow to me is in love with my nephew and listens to him? He is 3 and she will do as he says.

No ear mites etc, he sees a dermatologist often and the vet checked yesterday. His ear flap is not split there was actually a wound on the ear, woke up this morning and it is bleeding everywhere and there is a another wound on the ear so we are going back to the vet to get it checked.

I do use fly repellent - its part of his allergy management plan, I am keeping him inside today and will only go run my errands when hubby gets home because the flies seem really attracted to the bloody ear and not at all bothered about the repelllent!

Morning guys, yesterday we went to the vet, Mason's ear got clipped and all we found was a little weeping sore that looks like some bacterial thing , maybe to do with allergies. Woke up this morning and my carpet is full of blood and his ear is literally dripping blood all over my floors, I think maybe we should go back to the vet as its not right that it keeps opening and stuff.

My allergy boy often has sweet potato, he either gets that or pumpkin for his veg portion of meals.

I think they went and had it already I have a couple of weeks off over Xmas and NY so will likely head to the beach most mornings if it's hot. Otherwise the river. Can't wait! Yip I am keen for the beach in summer, I am taking off from 20 december until 17 Jan.

I wanted to go because it looks great but I just dont have the cash at the moment, I am going to do the Houndstooth one next year though on pet pictures though, it will also be one day only.
-
I use Revolution and Comfortis, according to our derm and our vet its the best combo to keep fleas at bay - not that I have ever had an issue but with a dog allergic to insect bites we have to take precautions.
-
Yeah we can do on a weekend day etc - suits me fine, our club xmas do is on the 5 December and no training after that.
-
Rubystar - if you are taking leave during december/Jan maybe we can meet up during the day and do some training. I need to let someone else handle Mason as his hesitation to work for strangers has me a bit worried.
-
On another note I have to take Mason to the vets today, the end of his one ear has split and its all swollen and horrible looking, not sure what happened to it..
-
LOL another toller convert...... :D and my little man isn't so little any more :D No I cant believe how big he has gotten in 4 weeks!!

Secretion & Foul Smell From Rear

If they are expressed now they are probably fine, I would just get the vet to check the next time you are there, Mason has had his done once. I would not attempt to do it yourself unless you have been shown by the vet exactly how to do it.
