I dont think i could trial every weekend - too many other thing to do and i know mason would not enjoy it, he would much rather be playing at the park or doing retrieving lol.

You need to add more oils to his diet, evening primrose and fish oils. Use QV wash as a shampoo and then if that does nothing maybe change foods. My allergy dog had dandruff as a pup. You can also spray the dog with diluted QV oil and water after a bath.

Not to sound mean or anything but I would not get another dog, to me your dog is not in an ideal home situation locked away on her own and with 2 kids in the mix It will never get better as she will jump up on them and without being allowed inside to correct the behaviour nothing is going to change. I know it sounds horrible but have you thought that maybe your household at the moment may not be the best home for a dog??

Hi Chelsea i remember u from last weekend mason is my 1st purebred animal, my 2 prior dogs, my 3 cats and the 2 horses i had before were all found abandoned by me or i got from RSPCA

I wont know if i am getting a pup until the pups are a good few weeks old as I need a specific personality type to live with Mason

Thats a good idea boxagirl. I am excited but i also know how much work i have ahead of me. If i dont get a pup now it may just be not meant to be if u know what i mean

My lab and one cat sleep on bed every night. Sometimes the second cat gets up too. When we have my friends chi x staying over he sleeps with us too

I will hear by saturday if the bitch is in whelp but wont know until pups are a couple of weeks old if there is one that will be suited to our family, i cant have a dominant dog with mason, wouldnt be fair.

My very allergic dog does best on QV wash - was told to use this by the dermatologist and i spray diluted QV oil on him afterwards. Oatmeal shampoo makes my dog itch like mad ETA Malaseb is very drying and after using it for a few months we had to switch to the QV.
