Day 6 of our houseguests stay and things are better. I am giving them each time alone altho the little one hates that he is very insecure. He also had an accident inside last night. Mason is over his sulking too which is a relief.

Happy birthday trixie!! Looking after a chi x for 2 weeks and omg he is slightly annoying!! He cannot sleep or lie without touching us or mason - too close for comfort

I am sure u picked great homes for them last night and this am mas has decided to play with his friend again so i think he is feeling a lot better, i know his sores were bothering him

I am not too hopeful seeing that there is only 1 girl. I am not in a huge hurry to get a pup so i can wait for something else to come along. Mason is so over having another dog around ( friends dog bern here for 5 days, staying for another 8 ) mason is totally ignoring him!!

I would be feeding him lamb / mutton mince and bones to put weight on plus good quality kibble

Yeah im not sure who has first pick etc so will need to wait and see. Plus her personality may not be what we are looking for, will only know when they grow up a bit. Must say im tempted with a yellow boy

Litter of pups born today, only 1 girl and she is black - 2 lovely yellow boys but quite hesitant about having a boy with mason

I am just leaving him for now. His owners did say i could try the antihistamines as he has had this problem here in may when he stayed for a weekend. I still asked them to find out how much to give him etc but they never did.

Ok and albie is smaller. Dont really want to give him meds without seeing the vet but he is not bad enough for the vet imo there is nothing to see. He just gets itchy at night and flaps his ears, must be the garden tho as he has no garden at home

The other issue is that the dog has never been to the vet for anything besides desexing so i cant ring up and ask for help when the vet does not know the dog. I suppose i could email my dermatologist but he is not her patient either so why should she help??

Yeah but the vet will want to see the dog and the owners wont want to pay me back for the vet consult. I would normally not care but i have had some isdues with my own dog and am $1000 out of pocket atm so until Petplan pay me back i am broke. I will just leave him for today and see what happens, he only has a problem at night anyway
