  1. These are all so wonderful, thank you for sharing! The things our dogs put up with to humour us
  2. I give it every second night and probably 1/4 scoop per dog.
  3. Inner health plus here too and they also get the dehydrated tripe.
  4. Happy gotcha day beautiful girl! You, your crazy brother and your lovely mum make a wonderful family
  5. I have a GSD who has both ears down (3 out of a litter of 9 have soft ears) and yup unfortunately at 18 months it's too late. I got used to hearing "what is she crossed with?"
  6. He's quite the hero though. How is he going these days? I often think of him & you. Oh thank you so much! That is so lovely of you ((hugs)) He is doing so well, what dodgy hips???? I can jump onto Grand dads brand new leather couch thanks very much Big stinker
  7. These are all brilliant! Love the cats included too! I took the easy way out this year, Cooper is too much of a loon to tolerate much
  8. Seren I am so glad you came back here. Wishing you many happy years with your new little one ((hugs))
  9. I agree it is worth a try but it doesn't do a thing for my severely storm phobic GSD. She used to be on Xanax but that stopped working as she progressively got worse. After a consult with a vet behaviourist she is on a beta blocker.
  10. I am so very, very sorry for your loss Please try to take care of you ((hugs))
  11. I give this to both my dogs http://www.amazon.com/Glyco-Flex-III-Soft-Chews-Dogs-120-Count/dp/B002LVTTYE/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1417077535&sr=8-1&keywords=glyco+flex+iii Cooper has had 2 total hip replacements and two specialists we saw thought these sounded pretty darn good.
  12. I would of guessed vestibular too. I hope it is that as they generally improve fairly quick as far as I'm aware. The other thing would be to look at the potassium levels, my then 17 year old cat went like this all of a sudden and within a few days of potassium tablets she was ok (not sure if this happens to dogs though). Wishing you both all the best.
  13. OOh I had kept myself away from this thread for ages....blue boy I want!
  14. I have a nearly 3 year old entire male (inside dog) and he has never marked inside. Mind you he only cocks his leg outside on the rare occasion!
  15. I was wondering the same thing!!!! I want that washing basket complete with all those babies with their little tongues poking out...swoon!
  16. OOOh may I please have a sample puppy too?!!!! A male would be perfect thank you!
  17. Oh I want one or two too! I will always have at least one GSD but one day there will be a solid chunky little black with tan points in my future! More pics please
  18. Thanks bianca.a, I appreciate all the help you have been to me. I just wish this would all pass, don't think I am strong enough. I feel like howling PLease howl, cry, scream, whatever helps you through each day. When I lost my last dogs, it took me six years before I could think of getting another. Last year I had to put both my 17 year old cats down within six weeks of each other. I still burst into tears, snot everywhere at times. Grief is such an individual thing and I congratulate you on being able to write about it. Please know that you are not alone ((((hugs)))
  19. Oh Seren I am so deeply sorry I don't have any words of wisdom just wanted you to know I am sorry and thinking of you ((hugs))
  20. Sending you so many gentle hugs
  21. I am so sorry I didn't even see your replies but thank you so much! I just went and re-read the first thread and you have all been so helpful and caring. Thank you :) I just thought I would update quickly to say my black doofus is doing SO well! A pic from today...not a care in the world!
